Ann is amazing!
I’ve been to many IHOP locations over the years, but I’ve never met anyone quite like Ann. From the moment my family and I walked in, she greeted us with such sincerity and warmth that it instantly set the tone for the whole visit. Her kindness felt real, human, and genuinely caring amd not forced.
What truly moved me was how patient and understanding she was with our non-verbal autistic family member. She never rushed us, never made us feel like a burden, and handled everything with a calm, gentle presence that meant more than she probably realizes. She spoke kindly, gave space when needed, and made sure we all felt comfortable and included. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it made our meal feel relaxing and joyful.
Ann is the kind of employee who transforms a simple dine-in into a memorable experience. IHOP is lucky to have her, and we’ll absolutely be returning because of the way she treated our family. Thank you, Ann — you made our day.

We had a wonderful experience at IHOP! Very welcoming, warm and inviting atmosphere making it the perfect spot for a cozy meal. Our server was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. We never had to look for her, she was always around though the place was really busy. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delightful dining experience!

Horrible service. Waiter takes my order with no pad. Thats only for professionals that can take your order off of memory. My order was missing items, food came out not the way i asked. Water never came back to check on us. I had to track her down to correct her wrongs. Then i had to track her down again because she forgot to bring the items that were missing. She never checked on us after that. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the sirloin tips were good. Even tho it was very skimpy compared to every other I hop. The bathroom was filthy and I don’t think the garbage was changed from yesterday.

Just left this store with my family and the service was amazing! From the time we walked in until we left everyone was very friendly and attentive. My food came out really fast and cooked just how I asked. Highly recommend!

We’ve been there with my friend to have quick something. We were the only table in the restaurant. But we were waiting to be seated until I called someone from kitchen. Restaurant was too dark. Food was really tasty and good portion. We had tomato soup, fruit, pancakes, spinach and mushroom omelette. Utensils were not so clean. The waiter was good, he always asked us how everything was.

We went there today, and Brandon was absolutely awesome. From the moment we walked in until we left, he was attentive, thoughtful, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. He even offered great suggestions and was incredibly kind to us and especially to our kids. This is what a truly great experience looks like. Keep up the excellent service!
