We went to watch football. Great tv’s and our appetizers was really good. Our bartender paid little to no attention to us at all. If we wanted a drink we e had to wave her down. She never came to ask us how the food was. And I put half mine up without finishing. Rather disappointing. Seems the manager talks to the regulars. As he treated the people he seemed to know. First time at this location. Not sure we will go back. Picture of empty glasses are sitting in front of us 28 minutes before she came by and we had to wave her down for the check. The first moment she spoke I thought this will be a great experience. Sadly disappointed. Bartender and waitress for 20+ years. No effort put for. Check the cameras to management. Saturday January 3,2026. We left at 9:45.

I love the relaxed atmosphere. The kids really enjoy it too! Great food, (especially the wings and appetizers,) great drinks, great service (especially Ericka) and your free to stay and watch a game or hang out. This place is always a staple for our family. Thank you Buffalo!!

I don’t go the Buffalo Wild Wings. I just really never been a fan. The last time I came was maybe 4 years ago. But I recently came because of this new promo they have which is unlimited appetizers for only $9.99 for a table of 4. That is a freaking amazing deal so had to try it. I gotta say, the onion rings were awesome, and my kids loved the mozzarella sticks. Also the chips and salsa were great. We were not a fan of the fried pickles only because we’re not a fan of pickles period but we tried it and they were ok so if you love pickles I’m sure you will enjoy the fried pickles. We also ended up ordering wings and they were delicious. I don’t know how long this promo will last but I will be back before it goes away. With how expensive restaurants are getting you definitely get your moneys worth here. And the service was awesome, highly attentive staff and the place was very clean. Manager is doing a great job.

We had the absolute worst service by our server last night, and the other table also in his section ended up flagging down another waitress to take their order. His response to them was “hes running around tables”. Which wasn’t true, he was meandering around the side station and acting like he was counting heads, actually, I dont even know what he was doing because it certainly wasn’t checking on his tables. I also think he never put our order in, because 2 other tables in his section ate and PAID before we even got our food. By the time we got our food, my side dish didnt even come out. It took Jay a noticeably long time to even check the kitchen, and im willing to bet they were sitting on the hot plate while he was sauntering around trying to look busy. I have never seen such an inefficient, lying server in my life. I have worked in restaurants and never have I been treated, or seen a server treat tables the way we were treated. You cant blame everything on the kitchen, I am willing to bet he never put our order in because it makes no sense how the tables next to us got their food, ate and paid by the time ours even came out. I was so close to requesting another server but she was ACTUALLY working so I didnt want to burden her while she did her job.
Also, the wrap I got was straight up gross. Barely had any chicken and the whole thing was cold. Probably because our server forgot about all of it and it sat there forever. I honestly cant say I have any interest in returning after this terrible service, which is unfortunate because we are local and have frequented the restaurant plenty of times. The gamble of a terrible service and bad food outweighs the possible good server and mediocre food. You know its bad when you and the other table share a knowing glance at how bad the server is.

New sauce Honey Garlic has become my favorite. Now, let’s talk about their burgers. Do not sleep on their burgers. They are delicious. Best Burger of all the chain restaurants.

Incredibly slow service. Staff is inattentive to basic needs like greeting the customer, taking orders, delivering orders, checking for requests…the stuff a restaurant offers aside from the food.
The staff is nice but nearing inconceivable time frames. Three people order wings at a wing place, one hour and eleven minutes until food was served to the table.
The reviews make sense now.

The Buffalo chicken tots are nasty! Its like watered down canned mushy chicken. The tator tots were cooked perfectly. The dish would’ve been great if not for the chicken. Not the server, cooks or managers fault apparently thats what they are made to serve? The staff was nice as always. Its the chicken!! Never again.

I refuse to believe people actually like the service here. I have been hundreds of times to this location and every single time our party has to wait 10 minutes for a greet, 10 more for drinks, and 40 for the food. I wish there was actual manager presence in the dining room because I can’t believe we have to wait 15 minutes every time to get one water refill.

In the outside seating I was served by a lady with curly hair. Unfortunately, her attitude was pretty “meh” she didn’t seem happy to be there and her vibe just kilt the mood. I completely understand that everyone has off days, but a little friendliness or positive attitude goes a long way in creating a good guest experience. Luckily, the game on TV helped make the visit a bit more enjoyable, but the service definitely could’ve been better.

Been several times. Today, worst experience ever. Started with server first telling us he preferred wing stop over BWW. Then appeared to really not have a clue. Brought drinks and took order. After close to 50 min, wings finally came (delivered by someone else), Barely room temp. Wanted to place a to go order and had to flag down yet another server to do this as our server still had not returned since taking original order. Flagged down a third server for to go box and never got it. Was never offered a second round of drinks or refills after over 90 min. Finally had to go to take out counter to inquire about to go food and get our own box and try to get the check. After finally getting our server to bring the check, he put on table and was gone again. Went back to take out counter to try to pay and had to wait for host to call our server over. Server printed receipt and hand wrote tip line then when we laughed he said yeah i know the service was bad and then pointed to the suggested tip amounts. Yeah not happening. I get understaffing issues but how about you don’t fill the entire restaurant with guest and not enough staff to serve and admit poor service. Won’t be back anytime soon as there seems to be a management issue at this location.
