Service was terrible. Food orders came out cold and missing items and the mozz didnt even have cheese. We were not comped and were never brought out our missing items. After paying our waiter didn’t bring receipts, and shorted my change. I had to ask for my change and receipt back and was mouthed off to by the extremely rude staff.

It’s crazy you get a nice burger with a corner of fries to go . Around 4 pm 01/19/2026 today ordered some nachos and burger with fries ofc to go very nice friendly staff especially the one who took my order and the buss guy who helped me out but always check your food before departure never knew a handful of fries were so much (UNACCEPTABLE) I have touched the burger to see if there were any underneath nope love the atmosphere very disappointed in my portion

The manager there is kind he is always smiling and always quick with a compliment and a couple of months ago. We did not have any power because of a storm that came through and I was so leery to ask for ice and he gave me a small bag of ice and cups and water and he was so gracious and just kind and he’s always kind when I go in there and I just love going in and the food is always hot and it’s always perfect And I went in the other day. I just wanted chips and I had my wallet and he said absolutely not take these home and he’s just always so kind and it’s so not common anymore to get good. Customer Service and I just adore him and I love going in there. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had a tall table by the bar, Page was my host and was very kind and nice. Had some lite warm fries and Manger got me a fast hot fresh batch. Got the $10.99 deal sauca n chips plus the burger was great… Sweet tea to drink and they are lite on the sugar but overall I’d come back… Kramer

Our youth group from Oklahoma City happened upon this Chilis and we had the best experience with our server, Noah! He gracefully and efficiently took care of 12 people, including 9 very indecisive youths. We were so impressed with the way he handled everything. Give that man a raise!!

Returned 7/15/23. Got old timer burger and the big mouth chicken sandwich. Service was great. Burger seemed smaller but still tasted ok. Chicken sandwich was really hot, fresh and yummy. My fries were cold and they quickly and politely got me some hot ones. Waitress was really great and polite. MGR checked on us as well. Enjoyed our dinner.
