The food 11/10. Tried both of the NA cocktails and both were amazing! It made me feel like I was drinking a real cocktail and not left out at all since I was sitting at the bar. Lalo and Jimmy both waited on me with kindness and great hospitality. The whole staff was so friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

Service was amazing!! I had Lesley as my server and she was so sweet and informative. Food and drinks were amazing, I had the arrechera which is steak topped with pico de gallo, beans and rice and my mom had the short rib, both were amazing and sooo delicious. Queso fundido and guac were so flavorful and we had the churros (they had a chocolate flavor which was so yummy), tres leches cake, and the flan for dessert. All were so tasty, my favorite was the tres leches cake. Coming from a fellow Mexican this food is basically authentic!! I love it, will be back to try more. The ambience is so beautiful too. The detail that was put into this restaurant is spectacular.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent! The staff was very attentive and did a great job suggesting drink options based on what we were looking for. They were very descriptive and thoughtful in their recommendations, which made the experience even better.

I ordered the birria tacos, and they were absolutely delicious. They also have a homemade salsa that was incredible and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well made.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be coming back!

We visited Ceviche Mexican Restaurant around 9 PM to enjoy the beautiful weather and a relaxed hangout in Midtown. As soon as we were seated, they served complimentary chips with queso, pumpkin dip, and corn dip such a nice touch to start the evening.

We ordered the Palo Santo, Adoración, and Guacamole con Totopos. The guacamole was fresh and delicious, and the complimentary dips were also very good. The Adoración cocktail wasn’t quite up to my expectations, but I didn’t initially mention it. Later, when our waiter checked on us, I shared my feedback. He was very kind and accommodating and immediately offered to see what he could do. He recommended the Vida Eterna instead and that drink was excellent! I really appreciated how professionally and thoughtfully he handled it.

Overall, we loved the service, food, ambiance, and overall experience. It’s a great spot in Midtown for a date night, casual hangout, or even a family dinner. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again!

Would give the service and atmosphere six stars! Food is definitely good and as they’re so new, I expect it’ll only get better, though today, for the price, it earns 4 stars. Desserts were exceptional. Wonderful new space at Colony Square, will definitely go back.

This place is unreal!! Every single dish absolutely AMAZING and the whole experience felt like dining at a five star resort in Mexico, in the best possible way. The only thing missing was an ocean view. We started with the Queso Fundido con Chorizo, Aguachile de Camarón, and Guacamole con Totopos. The guacamole alone is worth the visit. Easily an 11/10 and hands down the best guac I have ever had. Fresh, perfectly seasoned, and ridiculously addictive. For entrees we had the Barbacoa de Res and the Arrachera Norteña, and both were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. You can tell they really care about quality!! Absolutely coming back!!!!

This restaurant is so adorable and pretty! They made great use of the space they had. I’m giving it 4 stars instead 3 bc it’s their first week and instead of 5 bc they weren’t all prepared it seemed.
I booked this place for my birthday because it looked really pretty and had great reviews.
We had a 9:15 reservation for 2 and the hostess told us to wait at the one seat left at the bar. We said okay and went to sit at the bar. We ordered our drinks which took about 15-20 minutes to get.
9:45 we noticed people going to tables and not us. We go to the host stand and they said they tried to call us and moved on. MIND YOU- this restaurant is VERY small. There’s maybe w dozen tables at most and 10 seats at the bar. You couldn’t find us next to the host stand?
Long story short – we decided to stay put at the bar bc there wasn’t much room at the tables upstairs. We LOVED all the food. Everything was so so so good. They threw down the check before we even finished or even asked for it and that was that. I honestly thought I would be afforded an opportunity to order a dessert especially considering it was my birthday and everyone acknowledged that when we walked in. Anyway- they didn’t acknowledge it or allow me to buy myself a birthday dessert to celebrate. SUPER BUMMERRR!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY!
Left to go celebrate somewhere else and made reservations to redo my birthday tomorrow.

Overall – great food and really cute restaurant.
Don’t go to celebrate anything and don’t expect to be seated on time.
Otherwise – great new addition to midtown and will go back for a non- celebratory night.

Dear Atlanta: you are in for a TREAT. I had the chance to get a sneak peek into what’s coming to midtown, and it’s delicious, authentic and stunning. Cuevacia truly transports you. From the gorgeous bar, private nooks and beyond stylish decor, it’s like a dream. Each plate was more flavorful and delicious than the last. They officially open this Tuesday, Jan 27. I suggest getting reservations ASAP! Check it out and tell them Josh sent you!

Cuevacia just opened and they’re already operating at a level most restaurants take years to reach.

We got seated in one of their cuevas—these gorgeous little cave alcoves with their own table. It’s a beautiful little private area that doesn’t feel disconnected. The whole place has incredible energy, but we could still hear each other perfectly at our four-top, which is rarer than it should be.

The drink menu alone is worth the visit. Four pages of curated mezcals and plenty of other cocktails and spirits. Every drink we tried was perfectly balanced. You can tell someone really cares about what they’re putting in front of you.

The food matched the promise of the atmosphere. Get the hand-made tortillas—they’re essential. The Barbacoa de Res was warm and rich in all the right ways. And the Chocolate tres leches? Impossibly light. Delicately delicious. The kind of dessert that makes you pause mid-conversation.

I’m already planning my return trip for the Mole Negro. If you’re looking for a few drink with friends or a date night spot that’s special without being stuffy, this is it.
