As soon as we walked in we was greeted by the employees. Everyone was so friendly and nice and just a wonderful atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be coming back and made this a regular each week.

Finally got the opportunity to visit this new spot today. I’ve been looking forward to it for some time , and have been following the rave reviews .
When I walked in there was a sign that it would probably be good . Literally , a sign on the wall for Gräńde Mozzarella . If you know good pizza you know that Gräńde is one of a couple of choices used by the best pizzaioli everywhere.
You order at the counter , fix your own beverage and sit in the dining room with the number you’re given .
My wife ordered the 5 piece wings and the Greek salad. They were the first to come out and both looked and tasted good . My wife didn’t care for the fact that her salad came in a plastic clamshell container . She would have rather had a bowl . I don’t see how it matters , but, you know , Mars and Venus .
I ordered a slice of Sicilian and a 16 inch pepperoni pizza. The Sicilian slice had a thick spongy crust with a crisp bottom and a chewy center , just like it should . I ordered it with Italian sausage and it was topped with some tasty , hand crumbled sausage.
The 16 inch pizza was a little thicker than I expected from looking at the slices. I’m guessing the slices are from a 20 inch pie , and seemed a little thinner. Regardless, it was well balanced , with fresh ingredients and good taste. The crust was a bit breadier than I expected, but all in all a decent pie.
It was an exceptional value , compared to some of the other NY style pizzerias I eat at , the 16 inch was just under $20 , and my usual places range from $24 to $30 for the same pizza .
Is it authentic NY style ? Well …. close . The closest I’ve found this far north of Atlanta and this far south of Greenville anyway .
Definitely a great addition to Gainesville and I will be back.

Family and I popped in for dinner tonight. Both from the north so picky on pizza. This place definitely hits the spot. Fresh ingredients and great flavor. Looking forwards to many more visits!
