My son and I really enjoyed the food here. I had the steak tips and it was delicious! My son had the steak fried chicken and that was super good as well.. the pancakes are always bomb of course and the appetizer was fresh and tasty. The place is nice and clean and the staff is welcoming; our server did a great job!

The service was amazing. I really appreciate the server. He was so attentive and quick.
However the food was not great. I order a chicken salad and the chicken was not eatable. I had to ask for something else. They were nice and gave me another meal.
I don’t recommend the salad. Be aware of chicken breast, I don’t know which kind of chicken they use.

Ordered bacon crispy got it flabby and almost raw. Ordered eggs “over-medium” so they wouldn’t be “over-light” they were “over-very-light and runny” server was very nice and efficient

I love IHOP they always make my food fast when I order Togo and it’s still delicious even when I’m not sitting in the diner. Staff could be better informed if order is door dash or personal to make the experience more personable but it’s always a nice experience.. thank you IHOP

This location is absolutely awful. They served me burnt pancakes and mushy, not cooked all the way, French toast. My daughter had the French toast so I only realized it was nasty towards the end of our meal. I told the waitress the pancakes were burnt and the French toast was gross. She completely ignored my concern for my pancakes and said she’d remake the French toast. She only remade one slice & both were mushy. By this time I didn’t even want the French toast or the pancakes. I don’t like to complain so she should have offered to comp them or a gift card or something. We just left the freshly made one and all the rest of the food there, paid, & left. I will never go to this location again. I wish a manager would reach out to make this right.

Arrived late at night following a move to a new apartment. We were exceedingly hungry. Fortunately, they were among the few establishments in proximity that operated 24/7. Our server was exceptionally attentive and highly informative. He certainly merited the tip I provided that evening.

Stopped here 12/30 for breakfast, though it was 2p.m. The entry door glass was smeared and full of hand prints. Same on the divider glass just inside.
No less than three people looked at us and went about their business, ignoring our presence. One of the managers, rolling silverware looked up at us and rolled her eyes at us, and went back to rolling flat ware.
We left and went a couple of minutes up the road to a village inn. We were seated promptly. The restaurant was immaculate. And, the food was awesome.
Stay away from IHOP at Pennsylvania and menaul. No one there gives a damn about the customer. They’re all just milking the clock and running off the few customers brave enough to stay. Yuck!

I ordered there all the time. Recently the manager and the staff weren’t completing their jobs fully and left me waiting for 20 minutes. I overheard her talking with one of the waiters that said they accidentally gave my food away so I had to wait extra long.When I finally talked to the manager she was rude and ugly with me. Will not be going back to the Westside location.

This was a decent IHOP. Waiting time to get seated on a Saturday was about 20 minutes. Our waiter was efficient and respectful and courteous. Dishes were decent. The French toast was fluffy and the best in my opinion. The chicken strips were over cooked. The pancakes were was no better than the ones I make at home.

My food very very disappointing. Very blah. For $15.99 not with it. One of my sausage links seemed pretty under cooked . I stopped eating it. My daughter did enjoy her happy face pancakes and the side fruit was great!
Used to love going here and always loved the meal I got and let’s just mention it used to be waaaaay cheaper. So for the insane price increase and for it to be just blah yeah NOT WORTH IT not for that order anyway. I order the hasbrown eggs sausage and bacon plate.
