Great time this weekend thanks to our server Michael. This place offers a “Crab Cake Basket” which immediately became my favorite thing, not having to shell out $40+ for two crab cakes! Also wanted to shout out the manager Nancy who was on the floor assisting her team/guests expeditiously. She made the experience that much better! This is definitely a place that doesn’t keep you waiting for service on the weekends and would come back again.

First time at Hook & Reel! Coleen was very nice. First time trying a seafood boil and it was perfect!! Loved the spice and flavor of the hook and reel special blend sauce (spicy level). Definitely add the ramen noodles, broccoli and hard boiled egg. Definitely will be back!! (Owings Mills location)

I absolutely love this place…it’s my son’s favorite place ..came to visit for Valentine’s day 2.14.26 and there was no wait even though it was full ..was created by the awesome manager Nancy …and the server Cayden was amazing. Along with their other supporting staff..Please visit you won’t be disappointed..btw I have been here more than 3x and all servers I had were great ..Food is so good ..seafood doesn’t have that frozen taste it’s fresh.

Came in for dinner. The service was amazing and fast. My server Cayden was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. This is the perfect place not only for a meal, but some photos. The ambience was very chill, great for friends, families and dates.

Cayden was our server and she was very attentive. I came with 40 minutes left in Happy Hour. She came with a smile and ready to work. She checked on us just the right amount of times, not annoying. I appreciated her pre-busing the table and the check was immediate upon request. My Hennessy sidecar was delicious and smooth. The atmosphere was perfect for our weekly date night. Our food came out fast and accurate.

This place has fallen off. Service and most importantly food. The sauce used for Cajun boils has changed for the worse and doesn’t taste like real butter. I have expressed this in prior visits and was given apologies. I spent $43 on a take out Cajun boil. I received crab legs that were old and rotten potatoes. I called to speak with the manager to notify them and bring the food back. Instead, I was told to send pictures, no need to bring food back and I would be issued a refund. That never happened. I called back and was told the manager was angry. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he doesn’t speak English. The pictures I was told to send the day prior were reviewed at the time of the 2nd call. I was informed the kitchen manager would only allow half of a refund of the original price. That still has not happened. I’m done with this place.
