TLDR: If you go, you will leave hungry.

Our food tasted okay, but the portion sizes were hilariously small. My plate also had a very distinct black hair perfectly nestled within the fries. Our coconut shrimp were hopelessly overcooked as well. Our server was nice, but they also didn’t take any of our plates mid-service, leading to an awkward pile of plates cramming us in our table by the time we were finished. Just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

My fiancé and I were here tonight and everything was great! I honestly thought Ruby Tuesday had closed down, so we decided to stop tonight. Our server, Kat, did a wonderful job! She was attentive, but not overbearing. She did amazing! Will definitely be back!

We did an order to go for the first time and we both were extremely impressed. The food was delicious and wasn’t expensive at all. We got the $9.99 specials and wasn’t expecting much at all, but were blown away. Best burger I’ve had in years. This will now be our go to place. They have so much to choose from. Looking forward to dining in next time for their Garden Bar. Go try them you won’t regret it!

We sat at the bar and had such a great experience. Starr was our bartender and she was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and really on top of everything even when it got busy. She made great recommendations and kept the vibe fun and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

Came in with a large party of 18 late on a weekend night after a sporting competition. Our server kat was super patient with our group and helped to make sure we got everything we needed.
Food came out quick and definitely hit the spot!
Tyler their manager was great to check in and accommodating to make sure our meals were great!

Starr made my day to the max! After a wrecking Valentines Day, the Heartbreaker Margarita was exactly what I needed to decompress. Brought over by the bartender herself while Starr was talking with other guests, I had the pleasure of being served by the kindest ladies in the store. Thank you Starr and Jordan for the excellent experience!

I recently had a great experience at the Clemson Ruby Tuesdays. I was picking up four Sunday dinners for the family. The manager was courteous and professional and answered my question about the rewards program. When I went to leave my car wouldn’t go in park. I had to call for a tow truck and a ride. My 81 year old mother and myself found ourselves stranded in the cold with strong winds. We went back inside the restaurant to order another dinner for the friend coming to pick us up. I was distraught and stressed out, especially as my bed bound husband was at home soon to be alone once our daughter left for the evening shift. I cannot say enough about how kind the staff was and what a blessing to be there. Starr our server was a superstar as always. Starr has been our server on previous visits and always gives excellent customer service. We were visibly shivering and Starr brought us out two hot fresh coffees and was so kind and considerate. My friend who arrived was immediately impressed when she saw the manager personally checking on customers and pitching in. When I’ve dined there with friends or family the atmosphere is pleasant and makes each occasion extra special. Once we finally got home we enjoyed our delicious ribs and shrimp that were cooked to perfection. What could’ve been a bad night turned around thanks to the crew at this location. Wonderful staff and Starr is awesome!! Thank you Clemson Ruby Tuesdays!!

This visit was the perfect reminder of why we don’t eat here anymore.
Asked for our adult beverages several times across a couple different servers and still never received.
The portion on the Bourbon chicken breast was hilariously small.
Asked for a to go box several times, Then after we pay they come back and ask do you need a to go box …….
Clearly more focused on the significant other seated near us.
Service severely lacking.

We came to Ruby Tuesday at 7:40. Our server came by quickly after being sat down to let us know about the happy hour specials before giving us time to look over the menu. We thought about that we still had plenty of time to get our orders in before happy hour ended. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, our server didn’t return until almost 20 minutes later to take our orders. After our orders were placed (still before 8) he returned at 8:02 to let us know that our order would be more experience because happy hour ended at 8. He told me that he would speak to a manager about honoring the happy hour discount and brought us our happy hour orders about 15-20 minutes later. Once he brought the order, I assumed that it meant that the manager agreed to honor the discount but I was mistaken. Meanwhile, two people at neighboring tables had to get up and track the staff down so that they could get service. A short line of food delivery drivers were also waiting for food because it was so incredibly slow. I ordered the endless salad bar to avoid any delay and was disappointed to find that many of the items were missing or very low. This also made it difficult to get “endless” salad. When we got our bill, we found that the happy hour specials were not honored and instead I was given $1 off per person as a “customer promo.” It would have been nice to know that I wouldn’t receive the lower happy hour pricing before being served and charged. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I used to love Ruby Tuesday but it has gone down hill and I will not be returning.
