Went to pick up ham for dinner for tonight while in town see in-laws. Got home and the ham wasn’t sealed in its bag. It soaked the frozen entree box beneath it. Coated the bag. Robbing us of those juices for heating up. Then I notice my ham had been labeled twice…..they marked it up $10. I didn’t use any coupons which they always seem to have available, so I paid the price on the marked up label. I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase experience and price paid. It didn’t help that the lady with short darker hair and glasses was rude to me when I walked back in from running to the car and came in the exit door. My items to purchase were on the counter, I was gone less than 60 seconds and she treated me like I was cutting in line to the other customer who was 2 people behind me.

Just stopped in for a ham for dinner and was told they didn’t have any. Ham. At the ham store. Asked for a sandwich and was told they’re not doing that during holidays. I told her they maybe should take down big sign advertising sandwiches for a while as nicely as I could. Honestly though the girl behind the counter was as nice as she could be in such a ridiculous situation. Good on her. Honey baked ham not so much..

CUSTOMERS BEWARE This place has really gone down since a year ago. I wouldn’t give them any stars. The older white guy and girl that was working at register appeared to be inparied by something. They were so involved with they we doing customers were just walking up and cutting lines. The smoke turkey was so dry. They added 2.00 on my card after prepaying for the turkey online.

So disappointed, first time there, ready to order and was advised kitchen was closed for the holidays?? Really?? Sandwiches were pre made, not everyone eats tomatoes and/or onions or whatever, manager said “we don’t do that during the holidays”… bad customer service! Expensive sandwich for pre made!

We came here for breakfast and we got the Tavern Club and The HoneyBaked sandwiches, both were amazing! The honey baked definitely stole the show with the mix of sweet and savory. If you haven’t checked this spot out yet, you are missing out big time

We decided to try Honey Baked Ham for the first time for Easter this year. When we arrived, we felt rushed by one of the ladies (which I assume was the manager, as the other appeared to be in training) even though we’re the only ones in the store. It felt as though we were inconveniencing them with our questions. They were already ringing up the transaction, based on our questions and not our decisions. This felt very pushy.
That aside, we purchased what we felt was a VERY overpriced 7lb bone-in ham, at over $80. We hoped the taste would cover the cost. Unfortunately, when Sunday came, the juices all leaked out of the bag the ham was in. I dont know if that was where all the flavor was, but this tasted like any other ham we have ever had from any random store. What on earth made this ham $80? We could have gotten a ham from a grocery store at $0.87 per pound and probably had more flavor. Lesson learned, and we will likely never return for another over-priced ham.

Just picked a honey baked sandwich May 29th, 2025 and it was an excellent sandwich as usual. Fast food isn’t inexpensive anymore but the quality and taste is worth it, especially with what you get at the other larger chain stores. I have purchased hams from this location on Mayfair Road ever since it opened and their quality of ham and service has always been top notch. If you want a ham sandwich, try the honey baked, I’ve never been disappointed.
