Today has been the worst experience with the staff. To begin with when I got to the pace 2 people in front of me. They took a while to serve the next guy in line. Once the person in front of me. Lady told the gentlemen to hold on. She made drinks then she told the guy that she was going to come back for whatever reason. The guy told her he was in a run she said “Sorry” so he left. She took my order everything good so far. She stated that she was not going to give me a buzzer and she would take me the food. Good! So far then 40 minutes passed by then 1 hour. I asked the lady and she had forgot about my order. She went back again. I’m guessing to ask to make my food because she took a while. I was about to ask for a refund and walk away a but I stayed. Food is good but not worth the wait. They took them 1 hour and 4 minutes to finish 2 ceviches. I payed for Clamato with extra beef jerky and celery 22$ she forgot to add the celery makes me wonder is she actually added the extra beef jercky

7.5 experience, need some bug zappers-too many bugs flying around, they don’t offer to sell water bottles, or canned soda-kids were not a fan of aguas frescas. My shrimp cocktail came in a big plastic to go container. They were extremely short staffed so it took an hour to get our food order. Kids loved the playground but I suggest closing the gate to avoid little ones trying to run off to the busy street. Also they only had the pistachio, pina and Jamaica agua yesterday, none of the others on the menu were in stock.

I placed my order and payed at one trailer and then had to take my ticket to the other trailer to place my order again. Then there’s nobody at the second trailer so I had to go back to the first trailer and tell her that there’s nobody there. Too much of a hassle for a food truck. I ended up asking for my money back and left
