This Jersey Mike’s is the best one I’ve ever been too. The Manager is so kind, and his employees are too. They definitely go A SUB ABOVE and BEYOND Very clean restaurant and very friendly employees, plus great sandwiches, of course!

Place was mediocre at best workers were not exactly friendly to the customers. Observe one lady who ordered food online. She was told they did not have the order hinting that they had no idea how to operate the online service. Girlfriend told them to make a sandwich to her specifications and they gave her problems. Problems ranging from attitude being bad to being sarcastic the whole time especially towards the end. What kind of business operates like this when all the time you treat your customers like a joke. Worse at least two of the workers treated the customers like they were a burden to be there. Your company needs to reassess how you teach customer service to the customers from the workers. The workers here definitely are not customer friendly. You also need lessons on food food can be warmed up if you know how to properly handle it. I don’t know if this is one location or Jersey Mike’s wide that needs to be alleviated.

Mike’s has become my favorite sandwich place. This location has some of the friendliest employees. In an era where food service employees hardly notice or care of you’re there, the employees here are always in a good mood and engaging.
