No wait time. Initial bread came out and it was rubbery as if they had placed it in the microwave. It took a minute for the entrees to come out. The chicken and ribs tasted the same. They were smoked but didn’t have anything distinguished between them. The everything salad had too much of something and too little of something. It needed something. Now the second batch of rolls were fresh and hot. I’m glad that I tried this facility but I will not be going back.

Madeline who brought my food to the table was absolutely amazing. She went over and above to make sure everything was perfect for my meal. I think her and she told me just because I was eating alone I didn’t have to be alone because she made me feel like I was at my own home I am very welcome. I would say it is work stopping here just to see her.

We went her for dinner because we were staying at a nearby hotel. We had a 30 minute wait at 6 pm on a Saturday night which was expected. Our server was polite and cordial. We had their signature sirloin and wood grilled salmon. Both were done just right and very good. The steamed broccoli was a little overdone but OK to eat. The one absolutely weird thing was the wine came not from a bottle but from individual cans. We had one glass of white wine and one of red and both came out of a can! I can’t figure this out and I’ll admit it tainted my entire review. Free parking in their lot.

Upon checking in, we were informed of a 15-minute wait, but a young lady later informed us it would be an additional 40 minutes, followed by an argument with the hostess. When I inquired about our wait time, instead of providing customer service, she chose to argue with me. Once seated, our waitress was pleasant and did her best within her control. The food was average, with the rolls and butter being the highlight. The manager on duty was respectful.

I did uber eats delivery the restaurant was far from my location so I had a feeling the food was going to arrive cold. But even when the food was cold (we had medium rare steak and Mac & cheese fries, loaded fries, loaded mash potatoes) i wasn’t expecting dinner rolls but arrived so that was lovely. When food gets cold it doesn’t taste good but MY GOD THIS FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE I can’t imagine how it would’ve been if we dined in. I was so full that it put me to sleep all I can think of is getting more my first day here in Atlanta and this was a good experience with food

Super unimpressed. Food took well over an hour to come out, and drinks took almost as long, to the point where we had to remind her which drinks we ordered 45 min later. My fish had at least 3 fish bones in it. Seasoning was good though. With approximately 10% of the restaurant full, the wait staff was running around like it was the busiest night of their life. They were out of several menu items and the corn was very mushy. Overall, I won’t be coming back.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant several times, and while the food can be good, the inconsistency in portion sizes and quality is frustrating. Today I ordered salmon, and the amount of rice that came with it was shockingly small compared to past orders and in the past, the rice has even come in a separate container. I also ordered a cucumber salad and the portion was disappointing for the price. On another recent order, I got loaded baked potatoes that arrived without bacon.
I really want to keep supporting this restaurant, but these inconsistencies make it hard to trust what you’ll get each time. Hoping management can address portion consistency and attention to detail with orders.

My nephew and I had a great experience here tonight, and a big part of that was because of our waiter, Tyler. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right! Our drinks stayed full, the food came out hot and exactly as ordered, and he checked in at all the right times. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving great service. The food was great, but Tyler’s professionalism and positive attitude really made everything better. We’ll definitely be back—and hope to have Tyler again!

We went here for Valentine’s Day dinner. The wait was done for a holiday. Was say waited finally saw the waitress. She got it drink orders and appetizer order. Waited 30 minutes for nachos. When I finally catch her to give her our meal order, we had been there about 40 minutes. My steak was stringy like it had been frozen. Mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. Mac n cheese was like those from a tv dinner box. If I am paying that much for food I expect it to taste great. We will never return. I will be going to longhorns from now on
