Paige was friendly and provided great service. A manager stopped by our table to check that everything was fine. He was on the floor, helping clear tables and greet customers. Our food was good with good portions. Highly recommend!

This is one of the few times going to this restaurant and i can say it was the best experience I’ve had so far. That’s mainly due to my outstanding server, Hunter, she was amazing right from the beginning, sitting us where we liked and always making sure to keep us updated on the progress of our meal. Super helpful, friendly, and experienced.

We dined at Willie’s tonight and had Paige as our server. Not only was she incredibly attentive, but she was wonderful with my toddler. She even asked if she could bring her a popsicle at the end of the meal which was such a kind gesture (and she didn’t blink at the mess we made at the table). She also helped facilitate making sure our to go order we needed was ready when we were finished dining. The food at Willie’s is always good and we usually grab it to go, but I was so pleased with our dine in experience tonight.

02/18/2026 – As always, the Spring location hit it out of the park – food wise and service wise. Abbi was a great server and Jeff, the manager, and Matt the team leader, both run a great restaurant. Never had a bad meal or experience at this store!! They are the BEST Willies location in the NW Houston area, bar none!! 5***** !!

Ordered my food for delivery and everything was very basic. When I got to my peach cobbler, it was moldy. I was pretty disgusted because I wondered how fresh the other food I consumed was at that point. At least my Uber driver was great.
