Delicious chicken shawarma, freshly prepared and very friendly staff. I appreciate the service and atmosphere. Vote with your patronage, shop local. Dump big corporations. Keep up the great food and helpful staff.

My wife and I went in yesterday for a late lunch. We had the best service and the food was amazing!
I recommend the chicken shawarma bowl with lentils and rice. Excellent flavor and the hummus dude was perfect. The crushed lentil soup was h hot and very good, even for us Middle Eastern food fans from Detroit, which has high end prices with quality like this place.

Service was so friendly and good so fresh and flavorful we will bring our family back here !

Great Mediterranean restaurant. Authentic fresh food. Crisp French fries just the way I like them. Large portions. Definitely getting the bang for your buck. Will be back again!

I got the lentil bowl with falafel, with like a whipped garlic sauce, and hummus and pita as my side. The lentils and rice were cooked perfectly and the garlic sauce was a surprise hit. The hummus was very tasty. But others in my party got shawarma tofu as their protein and it wa SO good. I wish more people would take the time and season tofu – it is a great protein. The outside area looked nice, inside looked underwhelming. Friendly customer service.

A Mediterranean Treasure in Cumming!

If you’re anywhere near the Shops of Brannon Crossing on Peachtree Parkway, make it a point to visit House of Hummus—a casual Mediterranean spot that truly stands out. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the warmest hospitality from the owner, whose genuine kindness and passion for her craft are evident in every detail.

You can order from a kiosk or at the counter – service is fast but this is not fast food. Everything is prepared to order.

The menu is an absolute feast for the senses. Whether you’re savoring a perfectly seasoned gyro, indulging in a chicken shawarma wrap, or enjoying the crispy, golden falafel, every bite bursts with authentic Mediterranean flavors. The Greek salads are always fresh, and the hummus—oh, the hummus! Creamy, smooth, and served with soft, warm pita, it’s the kind of dish that keeps you coming back.

Thoughtful touches abound, from kid-friendly meals to the option of Greek-style fries, which are a delightful twist on the classic. Be sure to try the house-made salad dressings and dipping sauces—they’re the secret stars of the menu, adding an extra layer of flavor to every dish.

And for dessert lovers? You’re in for a treat. The Baklava is a rich, flaky masterpiece, while the Pistachio and Ricotta Cake offers a sweet and satisfying finale to your meal.

For families, the specially curated family meal is a winner, offering a generous spread of Chicken Shawarma, Gyro, Greek salad, vermicelli rice, hummus, tzatziki, and Greek dressing—perfect for sharing.

At House of Hummus, it’s not just about the incredible food; it’s about the experience. The owner’s heartfelt dedication and welcoming personality make it a place where you feel like more than a customer—you feel like family. Don’t miss out on this gem!

The food is pretty good! Would do it for to go but not ever dinning in. People don’t care about you, we had lunch and then added some pita and they basically throw it to our table on a foil wrap, not even on a plate.
Water cups are so small too, you will have to stand up many times. Also, they dont have napkins.
