August canteen is one of those must do Disney experiences. And I said it is an experience because of how extremely themed the bar is. There isn’t much space inside and yet there is so much to see. From the bartenders behind an intricately crafted bar slinging drinks to the robot DJ playing music. The circular Setting of the room also makes it so that you can see a lot wherever you are sitting in the establishment. That being said it is extremely loud and I experience sensory overload while in there for just 30 minutes. There’s also a time limit on how long you can be in the bars that they Getting people in and out as quickly as possible. We had to wait a little bit longer because a member of our party was in a wheelchair, so do you keep that in mind even if you have a reservation you might be waiting just to make sure they can accommodate you. That being said we were accommodated and that wasn’t an issue. There are tables where it is only standing, and there are booths where you will be sharing them with other families. The food offerings were fine and we got a petri dish bubble Jell-O thing that while it sounded interesting was a variation of something that was pretty normal. It was balls filled with passionfruit, suspended in Jell-O topped with some pop rocks and dried fruit. It wasn’t the best thing we’ve ever had, and we have not gotten it since that we have been back. The outer room was definitely our favorite drink, but we do recommend getting one per person and kind of sharing it around as the drinks are relatively expensive. Is that from that it is a must do and I would recommend that if you are a Star Wars fan, you make this trip and get a reservation!

This is an absolutely must visit if you’re a Star Wars fan of any level. It feels exactly like stepping right into a cantina from the movies, just missing some aliens walking around. The details are spot on, with some creatures in tanks, pipes and tubes, and droid head taps. DJ R3X is the DJ, playing some classic and new songs that fit right into the Star Wars universe. The staff gets in on the bit and play the part of space bartenders which is a lot of fun.

There are a lot of fun drinks, both alcoholic and non. The Fuzzy Tauntaun has a numbing foam on top with an absolutely wild effect. The Fizz has dry ice on the bottom and an edible glitter so it bubbles and sparkles as you drink it.

Most of the place is standing room only, which is a bit rough after a long day at the theme parks. But if you’re lucky, you might score one of the few booths around the walls.

Overall, it’s a really cool spot, and a must do!

Oga’s Cantina is all about the experience rather than a full meal, and it absolutely delivers. We made a reservation (recommended), although they do accept walk-ins depending on availability.

This is not the place for a big lunch—menu options are mostly snacks and drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. We ordered some chips, which were tasty, with a dip that reminded me of pesto mixed with something else—very flavorful.

For drinks, we tried:
• Yub Nub (rum-based), which comes with a super fun blue tiki-style souvenir mug
• Fuzzy Tauntaun (vodka with peach schnapps)

Both drinks were sweet and very enjoyable.
The staff is fully in character, making you feel like you’re inside a Star Wars movie. There’s also a DJ droid playing music—perfectly themed, fun, and not too loud, so you can still talk comfortably.
The only downside is that there are very few booths, so most guests are standing, and the visit is limited to 45 minutes max. Still, totally worth it for the atmosphere

My favorite drink is the Fuzzy Tauntaun. It numbs your lips and tongue! Yellow, foamy, and citrusy, it packs a mean little punch. The “safest” food to order is the bantha flatbread. Anything else and you are rolling the dice. The atmosphere is like an acid trip. The cast can vary widely. My favorite is when First Order characters make an appearance, looking for resistance sympathizers. That doesn’t always happen, but when it does it really immerses you.

Do not go here! I’ve been a Disney pass holder for years and have been to every park multiple times and tried nearly every place. This is a sorry excuse for a Disney establishment and should be avoided.. here’s why:
Seating: you are forced to sit with people you don’t know and they cram you in like sardines.
Food: ONLY 4 options for food and we tried all of them and none were good at all.
Drinks: $20+ for every cocktail and NONE of them are freshly made, they are all premade mixes. We had 6 drinks total between two of us and NONE were good.
Atmosphere: it’s cool inside but prepare to be crammed in and sit with random people you’ve never met.
Place is an absolute joke! Extremely Overpriced (even by Disney standards), below average food and horrible cocktails.
Of all the years I’ve been going to Disney, this is by far the WORST place!

This bar is well worth a visit if you’re a fan – even if you’re not the cocktails are really good and something different to try.
Food was so so, would say not worth the price. Drinks were a lot better – well thought out and very well presented.
Atmosphere was really good – music, DJ and the decor keeps you entertained throughout.
It can be a wait for a table so try to book ahead. You may have a wait when you get there if you want a booth as opposed to a standing table. You get 45 mins when you get in there.
Service was ok, but slow for the second round of drinks but other wise fine.

Oga’s Cantina is an absolute must-visit. The level of detail is so incredible that I truly felt like I had stepped right into the movie. It’s easily the most immersive spot in the entire park.
The atmosphere is high-energy, and the drinks are delicious and unique—you won’t find anything else like them in this galaxy. If you want to live out your own space adventure while sipping on something exotic, this is the place to be.
Pro-Tip: Reservations are a must, so plan ahead!

Oga’s Cantina is an absolute highlight with a massive variety of creative drinks and a nonstop energetic atmosphere. The Hyperdrive drink stands out as both fun and flavorful, and the snacks were surprisingly good for what is mostly known as a bar experience. Between the music, the theming, and the constant movement inside, it feels like a true Star Wars cantina and is easily one of the most memorable places to stop in the land.

I’ve been a fan of Star Wars since I was a young boy, and stepping into this was amazing! The theme of the bar was excellent, and the service was quick as well. They offer very limited food options so don’t come here expecting dinner. The drinks are pricey, but I was always going to pay it. There’s not much seating inside so you may have to stand at the bar. Make sure you book before coming through the Disney app.

This is THE spot for any Star Wars fan. You truly feel like you’re in a galaxy far, far away at Oga’s. Wide drink selection and good finger foods. Cast members stay in character well and are polite regarding the 45 minute rule.
