I came to this WaBa Grill recently and had such a great experience thanks to Mia at the front! She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell she really cares about her customers — she greeted everyone with a smile and kept things moving even when it got busy. The food came out fresh and fast too! Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at any WaBa Grill.

Good evening, one word to describe my experience in this location. DISAPPOINTING.
!!!! By 7:25PM store store said they did not have any vegetables since they are about to close…. 8PM is the time of closing so why run out by then…..or refuse to make some vegetables that only take a few seconds to make. Briana also did not want to scan for our rewards and didn’t help me. This is why cosumers come again to gain and use our rewards. Should retrain closers….. Reason to why sales are decreasing during your last hour. Definitely an area of improvement!!!! $40 for a family of 4 and now taking our business somewhere else.

Takes too long to get your food. I’ve only gone two times. The first time they stole my money from a gift card. The second time I was give a little bit of chicken and rice. Never coming here again.

I ordered a chicken plate and I asked for sweet and spicy sauce for my dumplings and Brianna refuse to give me sauce because she was told by her manager that she is not suppose to give it out since only 3 dumplings come in the plate. I will not come here again!!!!!

I ordered online. The chicken, rice, and dumplings were good. More chicken would be nice, but that’s expected in Baldwin Park. And the vegetables were not fully cooked. I asked for Waba sauce and the associate gave very little. I asked for dumpling sauce and she said it comes with each plate. It’s in the bag. My husband told her we also bought a 10 pc side of dumplings. She said it was in the bag. Well we took her word for it and of course it wasn’t in the bag, not even one. Plus it seemed like she was bother by us asking. We won’t be coming back to this one.

I went to this location Friday, December 6th 2024 8:34pm helped by cashier Jasmin V. V ordered Chicken Veggie Bowl, Chicken Bowl with Extra Chicken & Avocado. They charged me $5.19 for extra chicken that was supposedly added on the bowl but looked exactly like the Chicken Veggie Bowl amount When I went back to tell the cashier, she said it was added., she weight the bowl but last time they gave it to me on their side white mini containers & her response was., Oh, yeah some locations do that! I think as the customer, I should’ve been given that option. Not happy nor satisfied with this location’s customer service. This is the 2nd time I get bad service from this specific location… I paid $17. 87 for this bowl! I mind as well go to Pollo Loco & get a whole combo w/better service.
Ask for your extra chicken on the side to make sure you don’t get ripped-off!

So I was hungry for some food like a little snack so I came to waba grill in Baldwin and saw they have dumplings I was so happy because I love dumplings and the cashier told me what’s inside I was like ok I will the x2 and I try to pay and it didn’t went through and she gave it to me for free she didn’t just helped a guy who is hungry but a autism adult and she was so sweet to me thank you waba grill

I came here yesterday and the proteins (chicken & steak) were not great. They do not have any flavor, even with the waba sauce. I do love Waba grill so I figured it was just a fluke and got it today and it’s actually worse. The chicken is the same, no flavor but this time it’s very chewy. The steak is bland and kind of burnt. I don’t know what it is but I would avoid this location. Just get Chipotle, it’s next door.
