We write this review so that other customers may make an informed decision before deciding to order a specialty cake from this bakery.
In December of last year we reached out to the bakery regarding a cake for our baby shower on 1/11/26.
We sent the bakery’s owner, Jay (Joccola) a photo of the cake in order for her to have a clear idea of what we wanted the cake to look like. Jay stated while not being able to replicate the cake exactly, she would be able to come very close.
What we got was quite different from our inspiration cake photo. The thing we stressed, perhaps the most, was the color of the icing. Everything at our shower, linens, flowers, etc. was a pale/blush pink, we were very specific about this being the color of the icing.
The cake we received was orange!
Some of the details of the cake looked crude or rushed.
The cake was supposed to be a tiered cake, per Jay. Jay stated in a previous conversation that in order to accommodate the number of guests, this was necessary. The cake was not tiered.
And, not only was the cake not tiered, the cake’s icing completely the wrong color, and some of the decorations off, the cake was DRY, most of our guests left having barely touched it, including us.
When we spoke to Jay regarding how disappointed we were and why, Jay became defensive, blaming us for a number of things. I see evidence of that in other unfavorable reviews here.
If you do order a specialty cake from Kreamies, make sure all of the details of your cake order are in writing.

My sister ordered cupcakes that looked absolutely beautiful at first glance, like something straight out of a bakery display. Unfortunately, once we tried them, the experience was completely different. The cupcakes were disappointing in taste, and the overwhelming amount of non-edible decorations made them even worse. Instead of enhancing the dessert, the decorations took over, leaving very little actual cupcake to enjoy. What should have been a sweet treat ended up being more about appearance than flavor, which was really unfortunate given how nice they looked.

Kreamies bakery is a new favorite spot for me. The shop is very cute, clean and organized. You can clearly see what is available for purchase and the kind owner will let you know what everything is without you even having to ask. The cupcakes are spectacular! I’ve had about six different flavors and will be trying more from the order I picked up today. The owner is so warm, polite, and friendly. The atmosphere is just positive energy. I can’t wait to try other desserts and continue to support this business.

This past weekend was my second time ordering from Kreamies and once again, they did not disappoint! The first time was their banana pudding cake and this time was an assortment of the Death by Chocolate cupcakes and the Brown Skin Lady cupcakes. All were so delicious and moist! Great price for the product and the service is always top tier. Called and place the order a few days before needed and they were prepared and waiting for us to pick up. Thanks again and we will definitely be ordering more in the future!

I am incredibly grateful to Kreamies Bakery for creating the most wonderful wedding cake! Initially, I visited a local bakery to discuss options, but I left feeling uncertain and overwhelmed. Discovering Kreamies online, I decided to give them a chance, and from the moment I entered, I knew I had found the perfect place. The bakery is lovely, and I received a warm welcome. I was even treated to a sample of pound cake, which was exquisite, reminding me of my grandmother’s baking. We discussed our cake design, and the final product exceeded our expectations! We used our own cake topper, and it fit perfectly. The customer service was exceptional, and the baking was superb! The cake was beautiful and delicious, and all our guests complimented both its appearance and taste. We eagerly anticipate trying more of your baked goods and express our sincere appreciation!

The owner use to host an event she curated called ” Blue Lyrics Cafe”. She’d whip up gourmet level dishes. Who would’ve imagined, those culinary falanges, possessed the power to bake into a dream. My favorite, the “Junk in the Trunk”. A delectable 4oz cookie and it has to be a girl. Baked with sugar and spice and everything nice!”. Every dessert, baked to perfection. Just ask Fox 29 news, they don’t air @Kreamiesllc for nothing. They are the truth!!

Did a quick stop in to satisfy my sweet tooth while in New Jersey. It’s a new bakery and it didn’t disappoint. I had a very satisfying Sweet Potato Pie. It wasn’t too sweet which is exactly how I like. The crust was perfect in texture and taste. The owner was at the counter and she was super nice.

this is the pull-apart cake Kreamies made for my housewarming party a few months ago. they did it with only 2 days notice which was helpful but ultimately I would’ve preferred them rejecting the request rather than providing this as a finished product. the cupcakes tasted pretty good but the icing dyed everyone’s teeth and mouths, and we did not ask for those colors. super disappointing for $120
