The taste was absolutely amazing. Each item had the perfect blend of spices, salt, and authentic Indian flavors,it genuinely felt like enjoying food straight from India. Everything we ordered was delicious, but some dishes truly stood out for me.
The panipuri was bursting with flavor, and the ice gola brought back such fun, nostalgic vibes. The crispy corn was perfectly crunchy and seasoned just right. The biryani was aromatic and rich, and the egg curry was on another level — incredibly yummy and full of flavor. And I can’t forget the mango mojito -it was an absolute hit and so refreshing!
Overall, I highly recommend Sankalp – The Taste of India. It’s a perfect place to visit with family, enjoy authentic Indian delicacies, and have a memorable dining experience. We loved it and will definitely be visiting again!
My friends ordered the Butter Chicken and Khoya Kaju. We also got the Plain, Garlic, and Cheese Naan and Mango Laasi at the end. Everything was so delicious and I appreciated how friendly and attentive my waitress was! Definitely will be coming back here to try more of their food.
We expected better quality food for the money spent.
We didnt even get glasses to drink water.
Their menu is very elaborate and there are plenty of things to like.
Their Malai paneer Tikka was very soft and flavorful
Amazing Street style hakka noodles, their flavor is the best so far I have had in Austin.
manchiw soup, Chili momos, vada pav, Chinese bhel and tiki chat were also not bad. Chole bhature we tried in second visit were also average .
We tried their falooda as well. The richness of the nuts and I’ve cream was good, just that the falooda itself was not great.
But their sweet plan is very very good!!
But nothing to complain about. On top of that the staff was very good and the service was quick.
I visited them thrice during my short trip at Austin. Good tasty food, price is competitive, few dishes like paneer could have more paneer.
Overall a good experience to dine in here.
Sugar cane juice tops over ll the food that we had dhw. Biryani’s are tasty, pav bhaji, Dahi puri indo Chinese sizzlers are good.
We ordered an onion rava dosa, and it turned out to be a big disappointment. It arrived broken, poorly presented, and completely cold. We sent it back hoping it would be fixed, but 20 minutes later it came back in the same condition—still broken and still cold—which was frustrating.
I would strongly not recommend ordering dosa at this restaurant.
I used to visit this place frequently, but after my last experience, I may never visit again.
