I love coming here because of the awesome playplace, which is big & fun. But the place really needs throughout clean up. Inside the play structure was very dirty & got food residue stuck on it. The whole restaurant area needs to be cleaned up as well. The floor was dirty, trash on the floor & garbage area was filled up to the rim.

The service is awful — we waited far too long for our order. There is a strong, unpleasant smell inside. It is extremely dirty, to the point that it feels like they have completely forgotten about cleanliness. It felt like total unsanitary chaos. The children’s play area is also very dirty — it doesn’t feel safe to let a child play there.

Not sure what happened tonight but my fiance and I placed an order for drive through, we get there and two cars are there..plus we were an hour before it closed…go up to the drive through and they had put wet floor signs blocking both lanes, we assumed it was a mistake and tried to go to the windows, we waited, honked and finally had to cancel our order and drive away. No clue what the employees were doing but definitely not their job, attached is their cars in the parking lot-maybe check your cameras to see what your employees were up to at 230am

This place is a joke. It’s middle of the dinner hour and the restaurant is absolutely disgusting. The image is common for this location and the rest of the restaurant looks pretty much the same. The staff never come out of the kitchen area except to deliver orders. I’ve literally never seen anyone wiping down tables or taking care of the garbage. I had to wet down a wad of napkins with water from the soda machine and wipe my own table (I saw others do the same). They also pay zero attention to anyone standing at the front counter. I stood at the front counter and watched a food runner go past me 3 times and a manager walk past me twice and I was completely ignored – no one asked me if I needed assistance. I finally had to loudly ask “excuse me, can I get some ketchup packets?” (the condiments areas was completely out of everything). This location shows an almost 100% preference to serving the drive-through customers (which isn’t fast either) over in-store customers.

This was the most disgusting mcdonalds I’ve ever been in. There was standing water in the mens bathroom. The toilet didn’t flush. I had to come home and wash my shoes because I walked through poop water. The owner of this place should be embarrassed. Where is the pride in your business? The employee stated “ain’t no one getting paid enough to clean that up.” I’m sending the video I took to the health department. Honest, what the heck?! You have children eating in this place.

I made a mobile order through the McDonald’s app for Drive Thru around 10:08 PM. I show up at about 10:15 PM and noticed the Drive Thru was blocked by wet sign cones. I change my order to be curbside thinking that it was a Drive Thru issue. They accepted my order and the app said my order would be out in 2-5 minutes. I waited a total of 40 minutes and saw no one. All the lights for the Drive Thru shut off. All entrances to the resturant were locked. All the lights inside the resturant were on but no sign of any workers, just their cars outside. The number listed did not work and continues to not work. It’s also impossible to get ahold of McDonald’s Customer Support for a refund.
UPDATE: Refunds can only come from the resturant location. The staff and manager are extremely rude and refuse to help.

Somebody deliberately emptied out every single one of the soap/hand sanitizer all over every single kiosk in the said McDonald’s, to the point I couldn’t even order food. I don’t think after that I will be going back. I am really disappointed in you right now, McDonald’s. Yesterday could have been a hospital visit… I have already sat in a hospital parking lot prior, due to your cups… What kind of message is that? I used to love McDonalds, and honestly, no, for having this condition the food didn’t set me off too badly… But the soap absolutely something I have always reacted to, regardless. EcoLab, this is not okay, if you are supposed to be “Eco-friendly”. Yesterday looked like a purge scene with soap… Yikes.

Order food via the app, and I ask for light sauce. The box says light sauce. I get a burger drowned in ketchup, mustard and mayo. These sauces along with the rest of my order adorns the concrete. But what could you expect when you force two double quarter pounders, two ten piece nuggets and two large fries into a single bag. A thin poor quality bag that, upon lifting out of my car, coated the driveway in food. Like come on now. A bag is like eight cents.
Not to mention the surviving fries that were left are so rubbery and cold it’s clear they’re HOURS old.
Thanks for letting me waste my money and your food.
Stick to the McDonalds on 33rd. I’ve never received that amount of food shoved into a single bag there. I dont know what they’re doing at this place behind the counter but it isn’t work.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for over a decade, and these issues have been persistent from the start. Most importantly, sauces are usually missing entirely from nugget orders. When they do include sauces, they’re often wrong—honey becomes honey mustard, or something else entirely.
The double drive-thru is slow, and being parked out front almost always leads to missing items. You have to awkwardly rifle through the bag on the spot. In one incident, both the gentleman ahead of me and I had no sauces. When I asked, the runner told us, almost verbatim, “If you want sauces, you have to come inside yourself—we don’t have time to bring them out.”
What makes this worse is that the McDonald’s in Bellevue, with a similar high volume of customers and a similar drive-thru setup, almost never has these issues.
DoorDash orders are abysmal—sauces are almost always missing, and even when I ask for straws, they’re left out.
I’m not writing this out of malice, but because this McDonald’s can do better. We deserve a reliable experience, and I hope management finally takes these longstanding issues seriously.
