We were greeted by our server Abigail and Mia with a big smiles. We were seated immediately. Enjoying the atmosphere. It’s always a pleasure with this young ladies. The food was delicious as usual. I have generally enjoyed dining at IHOP in the past, but my recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed. On several visits, I witnessed a cook loudly making rude and racially offensive remarks toward Black individuals. Hearing this in a family-oriented restaurant is unacceptable, particularly when young children are present.
Additionally, I observed staff members vaping outside the restaurant, and on one occasion the cook returned to the kitchen after smoking. When my food arrived, it carried a noticeable cigarette odor, which was extremely off-putting and caused me to lose my appetite. This is a serious concern regarding cleanliness and food safety
While the customer service from the waitstaff was otherwise pleasant, these ongoing issues overshadowed any positive aspects of the visit. The final incident that prompted this review occurred during a morning visit, when I observed behavior by individuals who appeared to be management engaging in inappropriate gestures in the work area. This was unprofessional and unsettling, especially in a space where families are expected to feel safe.
I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but these repeated experiences have made it difficult to continue supporting this location. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to restore a respectful, professional, and family-friendly environment.

I recently visited an IHOP location and was, unfortunately, disappointed with the overall experience. The food was underwhelming, and the quality did not meet expectations. A concerning incident occurred when I discovered one of the chicken strips I ordered was still raw in the middle. While the management did attempt to rectify the situation by providing three replacement strips, this did little to alleviate my concerns about food safety and quality control.
Despite the staff’s effort to make amends, this experience has left me hesitant to recommend this location. More attention to food preparation standards is necessary to ensure a better dining experience for guests.

Abigail was amazing attending our table. She made sure our drinks were filled, made sure to check up on us to ensure everything was going well, and if we needed anything during the duration of our meal. Love this IHOP!

We stood waiting for service at the front of the restaurant for an extended period, yet no one acknowledged our presence. When a hostess finally appeared, she ignored us and prioritized guests who arrived after us, merely settling their tabs. At no point did she greet us, offer seating, or display even a basic level of courtesy. Instead, the staff gathered together, laughing and disregarding their responsibilities.
This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially from a chain as established as IHOP. We ultimately walked out and took our business to Denny’s, where we were treated with respect. If you value your time, dignity, and even the simplest standard of customer service, avoid this location.

Ate here it was pretty packed but my server was still very attentive with our table and made sure we had everything we needed didn’t get his name but he had braids he is very good at his job very hard working young man the only complaint I had was with the tortillas and I heard allot of yelling in the kitchen but overall it was great experience I definitely will be back!
