I placed an order online tonight and everything I got was wrong. I checked my order before I left… felt for all my sandwiches and wraps but I guess you need to OPEN everything and check it. We got a cheeseburger instead of the spicy chicken. One of the spicy chickens we got didn’t even have the pickles on it that I added. My daughters plain hot dog kids meal was smothered in mustard, chilli and onion. And the ranch chicken wraps we got was spicy. I asked for ranch at the window and the lady rudely told me it was in the bag and I asked for extra and she huffed and gave me some. When I got home there was ZERO ranch in the bag. We even tried eating the food we got since it was all we had and it tased awful and the fries was cold. I will never go back to this place again.

I I’ve had nothing but terrible everything the last two times here. The food was not good. I believe they may have needed to change the frying oil. The hash browns had that taste both times. My biscuit was great, actually. My platter was cold eggs and biscuit. When I asked for condiments, the cashier was very rude to me. That was not the first time. for that
Actually, every time I eat here, the staff is rude and very unpleasant, honestly. They greeted me as if it was the worst thing they had to do. If I I switched up my order before, confirming that topped the cake for them. They got bent out of shape and very rudely said, “Is that all?” “Please drive around for your new total.” Always rude with them.me an I over looked it because people have bad days. This place has every employee with bad days. I do believe there is maybe 2 or 3 that are always nice an helpful when I go inside to eat. I really believe that maybe the restaurant manager or someone (because the rude one’s could have been the restaurant manager) should have better expectations about the customer an the likely hood of them returning if they continue to hire an keep people employed that should not be working with the public. Im very disappointed an overall done with ever going back to Hardee’s at southgate. I may add that anytime dining inside I never see anyone cleaning anything that looks like it should have been cleaned years ago. I see a bunch of standing around an gossiping about other employees or customers previously.

Fairly empty restaurant, maybe 3 tables of people, when we got there for lunch. Waited almost 15 minutes for our food. 3 workers doing little of anything to get orders out, including someone who was walking in and out of the restaurant and back into the area where the cash registers were. Completely disorganized.
My burger was barely cooked, almost seemed microwaved, and my fries were cold. Hot ham and cheese sandwiches were the only good point. Will not be back.

Did a mobile order for convenience at 10:13am. Said to be ready at 10:19am. Arrived in the drive thru line at 10:16am. Took 20 minutes to get to the order speaker. Pulled up to the window and they asked me to pull forward. Waited another 10 minutes and finally went inside and asked about my order. Front service members said it wasn’t ready. I asked to speak to a manager and the only thing she said was “What was your order?” I told her SEC biscuit, large hash rounds and large cherry coke. Suddenly my order was made. No apology. No effort to correct anything or compensate me for anything
