If you’re having a tough day, I highly recommend visiting this Braum’s location.I recently visited Braum’s on West University Drive during a stressful time. Stepping into the clean, peaceful environment with friendly staff instantly lifted my spirits. I ordered my usual chocolate and vanilla frozen yogurt twist. Teven, with his warm smile, made the experience even better. Kudos to all the employees for creating such a welcoming atmosphere.

I usually enjoy Braum’s and the ice cream is always good, but this morning I ordered breakfast. The hash browns were so greasy that the oil went thru multiple napkins and left the table greasy. The biscuit for the egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich was somewhat tough and difficult to eat. Employees were polite and service was okay

It’s amazing to me that they can even stay in business. Drive-through closed at two locations and really slow service inside. On top of that you can’t use a credit card and you have to have cash. It’s really filthy inside, seating areas but especially the food prep areas.

The service was incredibly slow. My husband finally got to order after we stood in line for 15 mins the employee made his shake then sat it on the counter saying “here” Then moved on to other customers in the food line while my children and I were still standing there waiting to order. We waited at least 10 additional minutes to order and was just about to just leave when finally another employee came and helped us. It was absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve been here a few times during my visits to the area. They have a wide selection of ice creams and burgers here. I’ve only been here to try out the ice cream on a hot day. It’s always been busy and full of families giving the kids a treat. It’s a little shabby but considering the kids traffic it does very well to keep the place moderately presentable.

Got the impression every employee hated working there. The girl who took our order was impatient and rude and the boy who brought our food out gave us the worst attitude and made snarky comments about my outfit choice and said “next time ask for ketchup at the window” when we did, it just wasn’t in the bag. Then after experiencing that, I went to take a sip of the Dr. pepper I ordered and it was Pepsi!!! This location is the worst braums I’ve been to and they need new employees immediately. Would’ve said something but I was scared they would spit in my food.

Huge ice cream cone serving! I got the triple dip with rocky road, strawberry, & pecan praline. Appreciate that. Efficient & friendly servers. Spacious indoor area with more tables than other Braum’s. Excellent ice cream. Lots of parking. Only negative is the cramped restrooms that’s in dire need of updating.
