Amazing tasty and healthy food. They have a langar (free food service) from 24th – 27th December every year! Praise the Lord to be able to see this in the US! Bless the owner that serves quality Indian food during the holidays (when nothing is open for the travelers to go eat at).

Absolute divine experience, it was a special day in honor of Veer Bal diwas. The food was delicious and excellent, kheer was very tasty, filled my soul!! The staff and people were lovely and served everyone with pure joy! This is how food should be served. This is a must go place for everyone.

Today, probably because of their special occasion, they’ve also arranged a community meal, and the food is really excellent. The staff are very kind and friendly, all of them are wonderful. I do eat at other places as well, but there’s something special about the taste of food here that feels like home. And seeing their generosity and the community meal today has made me even happier, it’s wonderful to see such generosity. May God bless them with eternal joy.

We had a great experience at Kohinoor Dhaba. We ordered the thali and it was absolutely delicious, everything tasted fresh and was thoughtfully prepared. The roti was perfect (soft, warm, and clearly made with care), and each dish was homestyle and well crafted. The servers are also kind and generous.
There’s something so special about food that feels both nourishing and authentic, and this meal delivered exactly that. You can taste the love in the cooking. If you’re anywhere near Quartzsite and craving real, comforting Indian food, this is a gem. We’ll definitely be back.

Delicious food and perfect location right off the freeway in Quartzite. We got a thali for $18 which comes with unlimited roti and veg or non veg items. You can purchase additional rice and yogurt/raita if you want more. Also got a portion of rice and goat curry. Both hot and delicious! Service was wonderful and attentive. Food is cooked outside the restaurant. You won’t smell like this food when you leave. Restaurant/shop was clean and well taken care of. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something other than fast food. Open 24/7!

Once i was done eating i move forward to the counter to pay and a guy insists me to buy carrot pudding which he said was freshly made and i found it its was expired because there was mold on the top…..

Amazing hospitality at this humble pit stop off I-10. Hosts are blessed with large hearts as they served langar prashad to all guests, Thursday Christmas Day, 2025. We relished melt-in-your-mouth pooris and rotis with mutter paneer and chhole. The achaar was awesome. Simple, homely and satisfying for the body and soul. God bless this place and the warm, generous hosts.
