12/8/2025 on this day the la salle location closes at 9:30pm (it’s a Monday) the current worker was locking up the doors at 8:40pm. I am extremely upset about this and hope that action is taken so this doesn’t happen again.

I eat here often. The place is always clean and the staff are always friendly. One time they even called me after I ordered on the app to lmk that they didn’t have a certain bread and see what I wanted instead BEFORE I got there. Very thoughtful.

I am a regular customer. Got a side of the chipotle sauce and the manager had the nerve to ask me. What do you do with that sauce? How totally rude comment. Not very professional from a manager not to mention the toaster oven has been broken for over two months. It’s very sad that a business cannot fix items that need to be fixed to make it a profitable business. Oh well it’s gonna be your loss in the long run.

The guy who answered the phone just HUNG UP ON ME TWICE, when I called back the 3rd time he said I know “I hung up on you-you didn’t speak fast enough” -I said, Whatever, I just need to place my order and he said, I am not taking any orders over the phone right now the line is to the door” and hung up on me. I tried placing my order online and the site said “Access Denied”. This is the worst service I’ve ever received ever at a Subway. I won’t eat there if I’m starving. What kind of employee hangs up on customers 3x in a row and then refuses to take their order? You’d be better off paying him to leave

The renovation on this store is fantastic. It looks airy and fresh, not so dark and cluttered. The sandwiches we had were fresh and great! The food was clean and looked fresh cut. The people we worked with John, Amanda and the I think Manager (Sorry I forgot your name) were patient and gave great suggestions. They honored our coupons with no problem. I give them 5 stars!!!! Kudos to all three of you. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

What an amazing lunch crew. My hats off to you folks. All 3 of you who helped us 2 days in a row! Loved “shaking out the calories” of the cookies. Keep up the wonderful customer service. We had fresh veggies; they all looks great!!

We went into that Subway and ordered 4 sandwiches, both gentlemen working were nice but my red flag was both of the had longer hair. My family and I came home to eat our sandwiches and we found multiple long hairs in our sandwiches . Overall I have been to this subway a few times and have had a horrible experience each time.
