This is the cleanest fast food restaurant on 82nd I’ve seen. Bathrooms are very clean, including parking lot. A lot of homeless people hang around out side due to the bus stop being right on the side walk near the building but had no issues with them. The service has been the fastest I’ve seen in a while less then 5 minutes after Ordering. Even when asked to site out front to wait for meal. Great place love their Oreo large shakes they have now they really hook it up. And the plus side is the drive thru is open 24 hours witch is great for that late night munchies.

Please reinforce hygiene practices. The lady who prepared my order did not use gloves while she’s wearing multiple rings on her fingers. Ready-to-Eat food must be handled with no bare hand, therefore I had to deline the meal and request for a refund.

Today I went to this carl’s… the staff was awesome and helpful. Unfortunately our burgers were cold. Also, I asked for no onion on mine… but I got onion… both the onion and the lettuce were on the bottom of the bun on the outside of my burgers!!I actually laughed. Enjoy!!

To be honest, the food here is not great and overpriced. I remember y’all didn’t give me a bun for my HAMBURGER and put the rest of the contents in a bowl. Like… WTH is that? Completely uncalled for. And the mini tacos are always soggy. There really isn’t anything good about this place. Go to a different fast food.

Unwelcoming experience. Probably wont come here again. I get to the drive thru 8/18/25 at 11:42. place my order and the person taking my order has THE WORST attitude! She says my order wrong and i correct her. She catches another attitude. I ignore it and finally get to the window. Still has an attitude. I look in my order and lo and behold my order is wrong. So now i have to go inside and have them correct it. The lady who helped me was kind but the person working the window was absolutely not! Very unprofessional

They got my order wrong, no zucchini, the dude took my whole order away, why? And my receipt, too, hey, I’m eating in the dining area not the drive thru, this is crazy. He brings back my order, now old fries, I ask for hot ones, did he just put them back in his cooker warmer tray?
