We had a great time with our family of 5! We made a reservation and it all went smoothly. The effects were super fun. We loved the thunderstorms. You can feel the heat off the volcano when you’re outside. And the food was phenomenal! I had multiple things I wanted to try. It was a great experience and Carolyn was extremely attentive. She had our drinks refilled before we ran out, she had brought extra napkins without even having to ask and she was friendly but wasn’t overbearing. A great time was had by all!

Love Rainforest. We try and stop whenever we’re in town. Chris N took great care of us. Helpful with the menu, patient with our kids, was super friendly and made the meal so wonderful and memorable. The menu offerings are great for kids and adult. The atmosphere of the restaurant is so fun. It kept the littles entertained while we waited for the food. We walked up and waited maybe 10 minutes for a table. Reservations are recommended, especially for larger groups!

I’ve been dying to go here for so long and had it very hyped up in my head and it was absolutely worth it! Of course the pricing is high but that’s to be expected for the location but I think the food quality was worth it! I have only tried the quesadillas and Mac n cheese and they were both amazing! The entire experience was so cool as well with all the decor and sounds! Absolutely worth it!!! PSA- make a reservation or be prepared to wait.

We had a great time at Rainforest Cafe in Disney Springs. It had been years since we’d been to one, so it felt like a fun throwback and very nostalgic. Our older kids especially loved it. The atmosphere is really what makes this place. It’s immersive, lively, and entertaining.
Our server, Jill, was fantastic. She was very nice, attentive, energetic, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience even better. The food was pretty good. Not amazing, but solid and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fun experience and a great stop for families, especially if you’re looking for something nostalgic and unique.

AMAZING restaurant!!! So much happening and such a great atmosphere. Loved the animal decorations, the thunder effects, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had the best time at Rainforest Café!! It was our 3rd visit in 2025 and we just absolutely love it. We were seated quickly by the waterfall/statue holding the globe it was perfect. Our server David was phenomenal. He had waters for the table within minutes of being seated and took care of us exceptionally well during our entire meal. Really pleased with everything the atmosphere, food, service, etc. are all top-notch. It’s our favorite and we will visit again! This visit was during Christmas break so all the animals had Santa hats my kids just adored the holiday vibe!!

Awesome restaurant with a great vibe. The food was delicious and the service was spot-on. We told our waitress Tonya that it was our anniversary, and she totally surprised us — several people from the restaurant came over singing ‘Happy Anniversary’ At first we thought it was for someone else, and then we realized it was for us. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Huge thanks to Tonya for making our night so special!
