First time having Chicharrons that were not fried pork skins. This dish that I have never seen before was the most amazing and delicious item I received. I could not wrap my brain around it and am still not quite sure of what is in it, but I loved every bite. The Birria taco and Birria smothered fries were great as well and so was the elite. I got my food delivered via Door dash and it still was fresh and hot. This was amazing special food truck and I will get more of this Chicharrones.

Man God bless the cooks in that truck!!! I first ate birria tacos in Orlando and had to try this place when I came back. When I tell y’all I had to pull over and park my car to eatttt If they didn’t close at 8 I would have turned around for more.

I think this is one of the best food trucks in Baton Rouge. The Birria tacos are flavorful, fresh, and will make you full with just one or 2. The Birria sauce is good and not greasy like other places I’ve had and the service is nice and fast. The parking can get a little congested but no other complaints

I order from here on DoorDash probably once a week. Always get the 5 birria tacos and elote. Always amazing! So much flavor, a good amount of food for the price. They seem to stay busy. Stopped by once to pickup dinner and there was a nice line to get food. Recommend to anyone!
