My son and I came to BJ’s for a late lunch around 1:30pm on a Friday. It was not very busy, so we were seated promptly. They have a pretty extensive menu, so it can be difficult to make your meal choice. I ended up getting one of their $13 Pizookie Meal Deal (All-American Smash Burger, substituted the fries for a house salad) which are offered all day, M-F. My son got the Enlightened Glazed Salmon and replaced the asparagus for the garlic vegetables. The burger was excellent, a good size with great flavor and their Pizookie is always delicious. My son really liked his salmon meal. They have some holiday promos currently such as the Holiday Prime Rib Beer Deal ($45 for prepaid reservations and $50 for same day of the event). There is plenty of seating for both small and large parties. There are plenty of TV with sports on. They have a large bar offering lots of alcoholic drinks. The house brewed root beer is also excellent. Their $13 Pizookie Meal Deals are a great bargain along with other specials. Our server Cole S. was great and provided excellent service. Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards program if you don’t have one.

Cannot say enough about our server Amaya! She was by far the best server I have had in a long time. She was perfectly attentive and didn’t make my friend and I feel bad for catching up for hours. From start to finish she was on point.
Tri tip was cooked exactly as requested, loved the mozzarella salad option and the loaded mashed potatoes were delicious. The slider appetizer was a perfect starter and delicious. The adult beverages were perfect.

Came with a group of 12. Waited 20 mins to be seated. Once seated we were treated like a inconvenience to the staff, then ignored for over 45 mins without be allowed to order until a different waitress from another section was flagged down to take our orders. Then we were served cold food with a attitude. Absolutely the worst restaurant I have even been to. Horrible service, staff and food. Go someplace else!

My family and I went here for a late lunch and the food was stellar. The shrimp tacos were savory and not too spicy. The fries don’t really need any ketchup. The only downsides were that the salsa had a strong taste of alcohol and our server only checked it with us twice. Those things aside, it was some darn good eating.

Where is the love and passion when cooking food anymore. What happened to fresh food! And I don’t mean this fresh frozen terminology there using now days. French fries hard and cold, onion rings, hard extremely tiny, burnt and cold, hamburger not cooked like I requested, cold in the middle, pot stickers cold. But never in my lifetime have I had asparagus that crumbled like toasted bread. This establishment is ridiculous!! They serve garbage food with honor. The wait time to get your food is outrageous. We sent food back several times and it got worse each time it came back. And then I had the nerve to order dessert
Huge mistake!! That was a joke! Can someone please tell how food shrinks and I don’t mean portion size. What a waste of $240. I went right in the same shopping center to Jack n the box and ordered a number 22 and they made it to order. It was nice and hot! Thank you Jack!

The service was great, however do not use the barcode on the receipt. I scanned it and payed, but it charged me for something that should have been taken off before the receipt was final. I didn’t check, my fault, but was told that it happens a lot. The manager, just couldn’t give me a credit, but wanted to give me a gift card. I declined, will not be going back. Still waiting on my credit.

Waited 20 minutes after being seated and no one came to even ask if we wanted a drink. Needless to say we left since no one was available to take our order. The table next to us was apparently waiting longer than us because the left right after us.
I saw others being waited on and we were looked at. I’m guessing we just weren’t sitting where the waiters were working.
So we ended up at Jack in the box. We will definitely tell people who are traveling through Vacaville not to stop at your restaurant.

I came to BJ for their Pazooki special. I was seated immediately and my waitress took my order quickly (Mandy). I did not have to wait long for my food. Then I ordered my Pazooki. My waitress came by twice to tell me my desert was coming. In the meantime, others were receiving their Pazooki. Twenty minutes later I was tired of waiting. I spoke to the manager who offered nothing except to check on it. My waitress had just checked on it and told me it was coming out right away. No one seemed concerned about how long I had waited except getlman who cleaned the taes

Met a friend for dinner here because it was halfway for each of us. BJs is definitely a popular place, it was very loud and crowded on a Saturday night. We were seated promptly (we had reservations), but waited a long, long time for wait staff to approach our table. Understandable given how busy it was, but still… Food was okay, no complaints but nothing exceptional. We had tortilla soup, wings and a hamburger. Fries came after we were all done eating, apparently there was high demand? Music was very loud, hard to have a conversation. So, it was as expected for what it is. Obviously popular but not a place we’d return to.

This was the second time that I had ever eaten in a BJs. The first time was in Moreno Valley (they get a solid 4 stars). I ordered the poke appetizer because that’s what I’d had at that location. There was way less tuna on this order (but substantially more guac). The chips at this location were a very dark brown (as opposed to the Moreno Valley location). The service was vastly different. The server was slow. Like, nearly obnoxiously slow. She didn’t come to check on us once she delivered the food, no water refills. Just paying the bill took a good 15-20 minutes (and she had gone directly to the register with our card). Food was fine. Service left a lot to be desired. The first two pics were the Vacaville location. The rest were Moreno Valley.
