I spent €40 yesterday and wasn’t too happy. Spent €60 today and quite happy. Booked early bird, the only available time, and had 90 minutes to complete the meal. Felt a bit rushed, so no appetisers and no desserts, just the main and a glass of wine.

The service was good and attentive as I was one of the first customer, if not the first.

The tenderloin, cooked to perfection, didn’t need any sauce, though the truffle sauce was quite good if a bit salty. The salad also provided nice texture with crunchy toppings and fresh leaves with beets.

Enjoyed the meal, and even if a bit rushed, totally worth the experience.

There’s no gastronomic experience quite like the one I just had. I told the waitress, “This food is so good you’ll want to eat it on your knees.” Right now I’m still at the Con Fuego restaurant, and it’s snowing outside, and I would eat it kneeling in the snow. This restaurant is technical and scientific in every detail: the food, the decor, and the lighting. It was the best meal of my 30-day trip through Europe, passing through places like Paris, Madrid, and Brussels. I passed through Breda, a place that wasn’t on the itinerary, because of a snowstorm that prevented me from reaching Amsterdam. But I thank the gods of weather for making me stop in Breda and “randomly” choose this restaurant. I want to thank the chef of the Con Fuego restaurant for every day of effort and study. Chef, you are impacting the lives of the people who come into contact with your peaces of art. I wish you a long life and much prosperity! From a fan who will always recommend your restaurant!

The food is absolutely phenomenal. The meats are savoury, juicy, and tender. The vegetables are sweet and crispy. The desserts are rich and creamy. I like to come here for special occasions. ☺️

My only complaint is that it tends to feel cramped, and it’s rather loud due to the crowdedness.

It was an amazing dining experience. Every bite tastes so good that it makes you close your eyes. The staff have great recommendations for food and wine pairings. You will need to make a reservation or come outside of busy times to get in. It was very expensive but so worth it. If you’re able to afford it, you must eat here.

Visiting Con Fuego was a desperate yet inspired decision made by me and a group of friends craving fine dining with exceptional quality in true Mediterranean style. From the moment we saw the inviting ambiance and the smiles on everyone’s faces, we knew this place was worth a try.
We were warmly welcomed at the door and escorted to our table—a coveted reservation we managed to secure two weeks in advance, though not without a fight! As we settled in, we were immediately asked about our starting drinks. While cocktails aren’t my thing, I opted for a stunning bottle of Viña Alberdi Crianza (Reserve) Rioja from Spain, and what a wine it was—smooth, rich, and unforgettable.
Once the group arrived, we ordered starters, beginning with a delicious bread served with an herb emulsion and butter. Don’t underestimate this butter—it’s absolutely worth savoring. From that first bite, I knew we were in for an extraordinary culinary journey. Next came an unexpectedly delightful oyster paired with raspberry. It may sound like an unusual combination, but trust me, the sweet-tart raspberry perfectly balanced the fresh, briny oyster—pure harmony on a plate.
We moved on to a beautifully prepared carpaccio, which pleasantly surprised me with its subtle sweetness from the delicate addition of caramelized onions. By this point, we were already halfway through our second bottle of that exquisite wine, and the night was far from over.
Then came the main courses, and the wagyu stole the show. Divine doesn’t even begin to describe it. I’ve never been a huge meat lover, but this dish might have converted me for life. It was tender, juicy, and served with impeccable sides that elevated every bite.
To wrap up this unforgettable experience, we indulged in a baklava cheesecake adorned with nuts—a perfect fusion of creamy richness and nutty crunch that was the ultimate ending to our meal.
Con Fuego is a place I’d return to in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. Every moment, every dish, and every detail exceeded expectations.

Great service.
I was in the area for work and one of the local colleagues recommended this restaurant. It was an extremely hot day but the staff took great care of us. We had drinks and starters and couldn’t resist the steaks. Good portions, tasted delicious and fair price. Didn’t make it to the dessert but the drinks were just right and made up for it.
If you’re in the area, this is certainly a place to visit.
