everytime i come here the employees are so miserable, always missing food i ordered, fries are cold. came a couple days ago still very upset. I wasn’t greeted it was just what do you want.. jeez.. okay.. i placed my order (it was a mcchicken $5 meal deal, not very hard) i asked how much it was at the first window (because i didn’t know how much change to give) the girl said what? i repeated myself.. she gave me attitude and asked what are you saying??… i speak perfect english so i don’t know what her problem was, mind you i was talking normal volume… i was fed up at this point by the rudeness and how miserable she was, came to second window finally and the guy hesitated to give my order, he kept on looking at it and after a couple seconds he gave it to me.. i should have known it was wrong. because it was. no chicken nuggets and barely any fries. (later on realized fries were cold) went back after noticing. jeez it’s almost like it’s there job to make sure it’s all there.. guess not. this has happened so many times, please do your job and make sure my food is all there so i don’t have to come back to all these miserable people. this goes for everyone, we are all sick of it but i’m not going to worry about that because i will not be going here anymore.

The employees treat the clients like no other in this McDonald’s, ive been to a tons of McDonald’s in my lifetime as I’m sure most people have and this was one of the first time where the server came up to us and asked if we needed anything else, so I asked for a chemical concoction of sugar, some call it ketchup. The service here was superb, better then some fine dining establishments. I rarely eat at McDonald’s these days knowing the amount of chemicals and additives that are added to the foods. Trying to become much more health conscious.

It’s a nice place to grab something if your hungry ( like most McD’s ) …staff was busy behind the counter ( not at registers) I had to wait to be asked about my order ( I do not use the app or the self help Kiosk- not a fan of either)

This place needs to either figure out how to make an app that actually works for mobile ordering, or just ditch the app altogether. After numerous times of showing up to have the employees tell me that I need to “show them an order number” that disappears when you click on the “I’m already here” option, I’ve given up and will go elsewhere from now on. Smh.

Waited 15-20 minutes despite being the first one to order. Got to the speaker, got greeted, waited about 3 minutes before pulling up to the next speaker where I got greeted again and this time someone spoke to me, then I drove to the payment section, where there was nobody, then drove to the pickup counter where I paid and then waited about 10 minutes despite being the first one in line to order. This would have been perfectly fine if someone at LEAST just said “hey hold one one minute we’re busy or we’re understaffed” or something. But nope. Nothing. Just sitting there
