The waitress, Marlana, was friendly, accommodating and attentive to my needs. The wait time to be seated was short. The cheeseburger, baked loaded potato, and sweet tea were delicious & feeling. I enjoyed my lunch and will return.

The decor is of a western theme – as is much of their music. I don’t mind a variety, by any means, but I draw the line at The Stones ( and hard rock). Not exactly what I was expecting
The food is always good. Some places just have too much salt all the time…
I am not a fan of the brown bread, but they make up for it in Brussels Sprouts !! They compare to Chef Anthony’s at Fat Calf
No complaints of customer service ! Always friendly and professional.
Parking is fairly easy. Might not be right up front, but there is parking to be found.
Then you have that really large parking lot behind it.

From beginning to end, wonderful service! Ordered to go from the bar. Young college gentleman that just finished his thesis, at Cen…! So kind took my order. No rush for a Senior Citizen, talked and had some laughs. My drink order, great Bloody Mary, several or the lady asked how it was:) Amazing!! Will return with my friends:)

Yesterday, 3/8/2026 I visited this location for a pick up curbside order. All the curbside spots were full so I went inside. Upon entertaining there were two groups waiting to be sat & a black young lady standing waiting her turn. There was a white woman in a pinkish tan shirt at the podium along with a male hostess. Both the woman and male visually acknowledged me several times but did not speak or welcome. The two parties were sat & the young lady & I stood there still no acknowledgment. The young lady walked TO them where she was finally greeted & welcomed. They helped her and again ignored me before walking away. Finally, a black hostess walked up and she assisted me. I waited in the back for my food and several times the woman walked pass me without speaking. Her name was Jenn and she was the manager on duty this was between 6:30-6:55pm. Very rude of a MANAGER. Do better with your service Longhorn. Too many incidents where black people are treated poorly.

Our steaks were over seasoned ( spicy )
Under cooked.
After receiving 2 newly cooked stakes, both were over cooked no seasoning, begging for steak sauce. Also had FAT in both 9 oz filets. So there cuts are choice meat.
**Table next to us had the exact same issue on there anniversary dinner.
Cooked was not experienced at all.

The food is awesome. The longhorn steak The cooks are great. The waitress and hostess could use some improvement. They move slow ( not all) they try not to open seating area and make you wait 20 to 30 minutes.
