Incredible American style Burger! Completely tasty! Waiting time was 10 minutes! Very ok! Can pay with card or cash! The fries were not my favourites but the burger are one of the best here in the city! Recommended!

Very tasty, fast and straight forward burger place. Seating outside only. More of a smashed burger, but very juicy. If I would get a plain one, I think I would get an extra patty. I had one with onion rings (“Oklahoma”) which was very good.
With 12€ per burger I think it’s very good price value.
The fries are awesome. Crispy, hot and exactly right salty.

We went to American Burger Bar today (on a Monday) and tried the Philly Cheesesteak it was absolutely delicious! The meat was tender, the cheese perfectly melted, and the bread just right.
David, who runs the place, is super friendly and genuinely kind you can tell he really cares about his food and his customers. My friend even ended up eating two Philly Cheesesteaks because they were that good!
David, please keep making those amazing Philly Cheesesteaks they’re truly something special.

Delicious burger at a very fair price for the portion and quality/taste I love that they use a brioche bun for their burgers as well! The location is in an Edeka supermarket parking lot, and there are some seating and standing tables available. The wait time, however, as many reviewers have already pointed out, is quite long for a burger. We went on a Friday afternoon just before 5 PM and waited about 40 min for our order to be ready.

Location : 25-30 minutes from city center
Atmosphere : Well, there is a van where the magic happens, and they say your name when your order is ready. We waited around 25 minutes for our burger. There wasnt enough table for us to sit, we were standing, but that was ok as well.
We will definitely go there again, and i think i will order 2 burgers for me instead 1
The portion is also big enough, the frites were my type as well.

Apparently Mondays are only for phliiy cheesesteak! And nothing else! And that 1 dish also has a 15 monutes wait time! We had a very bad experience, had to leave and find another reasonable place to eat!
Edit after reply: common knowledge is known to regulars not new customers! It is nowhere mentioned on the menu card or website online that on mondays there is only 1 dish available and nothing else! I’m not doing a PhD research before coming at a restaurant to eat.

One doesn’t expect to find good burgers in a parking lot in the middle of nowhere but this place serves up a nice proper burger. The burger here comes with a properly tender and juicy patty with the right sauce and topped with a varying range of accompaniments – as well as being a burger you can properly hold and bite into. 2 main downsides (aside for the inaccessibility for Munich city residents) is the price of the sides are pretty steep (I mean 8.5 bucks for some onion rings when a burger is 9.5?) and the waiting time is pretty long even when you don’t have a line. I waited 15 mins for my food even though there was only 1 guy who ordered before me. But hey, if this means the food is made fresh and with care, I guess it’s a trade off one can live with

What a superb find this place was :). This place was suitably busy on a sunny Saturday, and once we got our burgers, it was clear why. Dave is a cool guy and engages well with the customers. Thank you for the mini burger jellies, Dave; a nice touch. The burgers are delicious. Well, it’s true, this is the best burger in Munich. “Smash burger” style, so expect crunchy, flavorful meat. Paired with a soft and crunchy bun this is really a highlight. Also their “chili” in their “chili cheese fries” are the actual version: Texan style ground beef instead of jalapeños.
