This is supposed to be an ice caramel macchiato all I see is caramel and milk. Yes I wanted to let them know but the fact that no one was in the front the “manager” just directed us to order in the kiosk informed him that we were picking up and instead of asking or checking online orders that stated ready on their screen he continued to start on other orders instead of finishing the ones that were there already. Very disappointed on the service in this location.

I had a very upsetting experience at McDonald’s Restaurant #19076 (860 S. Indian Hill Blvd, Claremont, CA) on June 7, 2025.
After placing our order at the kiosk, my boyfriend and I sat down to wait. While we were seated, an older male employee began mopping aggressively right under and around our chairs without any warning. The floor became very slippery, creating a clear safety hazard. When my boyfriend politely asked the employee to wait until we moved, the man walked away mumbling in Spanish.
A second employee soon approached. She didn’t introduce herself but spoke both English and Spanish. When we explained our concern about the slippery floor and the other employee’s behavior, she inaccurately told him in Spanish, “They said you’re mopping too much,” which misrepresented what we said. Shockingly, he then replied—loud enough for us to hear—“I’m mopping so they’ll leave and stop loitering.”
We were paying customers with a receipt in hand. My boyfriend, who is bilingual, calmly clarified this and asked if our food could be brought to us due to the situation. The second employee rudely responded, “Your order will be ready when it’s ready,” and walked off.
Feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, my boyfriend left. I stayed and picked up our food about 7 minutes later, but due to the hostile treatment and growing concern over food safety, we ended up throwing the food away without eating.
This experience left us feeling deeply unwelcome and unsafe. I hope this incident is taken seriously and addressed by management.

They always take a long time or miss item. Observed male employee picking up stuff off the ground then touching my food. There are always homeless people around with all their bags inside. Its luck if there are no issues. Dissapointing.

Im a regular customer of this location but tonight it was the worst experience, first of all the ladies talking and talking they didn’t even are doing her job right. Customer is priority.
Second thing My soft drink it was full of ice even didn’t taste the coke!! Watering drink ugh!!
Third thing, French fries, I payed almost 20$ for a good food” and everything cold. No no no all greasy and old tasting.

Got there. Ordered. Four other cars got their stuff. 17 minutes later of waiting. Burgers cold. No nuggets from a meal. Fries were reheated badly. (They looked burnt but we’re cold.)

As a family new to the area, we have been to this location 3 times by different family members and each have experienced missing food in our orders and unfriendly staff. Luckily, we found another McDonald’s near by.
