Food was excellent. Very fresh and served hot (temperature but spicy hot on request). Garlic Naan bread beats rolls and butter anywhere else. Large enough portion for dinner tomorrow too. Small place with average decor-nothing fancy. Suggest the butter chicken. Husband loved his goat dish.

SO happy we found Desi Swaad. It’s a 30+ minute drive for us but so worth it. Food is absolutely delicious, the tastiest Indian restaurant we’ve tried. We asked for spicy, and they came through. The (spicy) chicken tikka masala is honestly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten, especially when we dined in. Service was great – our host/waiter was welcoming and helpful, and our food came out fairly quick. Looking forward to our next time there!

Newly opened restaurant just 2 months back. Food, service and ambience is very good. Very polite staff. We ordered paneer kadai, tal dada, garlic naan and laccha paratha and spice level Indian hot spicy. The spice levels matched our expectations and smoky flavor in paneer was too good. We recommend this place if you are looking for Indian food.

About to finish my grub on my left overs because it was that delish. Great service. Our waiter (I think his name was Sim) was really attentive and personable. I understand the restaurant is new never met the owner briefly because it was late, but I couldn’t resist telling him how great his restaurant is. Food was amazing. I got the shrimp avocado salad and it was scrum-didly-umptious. Rory who I was with ordered I’m not sure what appetizer and entree, but we split everything. I highly recommend this new restaurant.

We Stopped at Desi Swaad and had a great dine in experience. Met the owners Gagan and Nav — super friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent and everything came out fresh and delicious .Loved the nice music and cozy lighting, it really set the vibe. We tried Gobi Manchurian, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, and Mango Lassi — honestly, everything was beyond expected. Will definitely be back.

I am shocked by how small the portion is. For total 57 dollars, I just got less than 10 cubes of chicken curry for 19 bucks, and 6-7 pieces of grilled chicken, 15 dollars of vegetables with couple pieces of potatoes and cauliflower. This is definitely not worth it.

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was incredible — full of authentic flavors, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was rich, fresh, and packed with taste. You can truly tell that the chef puts heart and passion into every meal.

Chola bhature is a must try! We use to drive to Jersey for our cravings fulfilled but this one is just next door!
Recently I visited the place as I loved it but price & quantity doesn’t match. They have increased the price compare to months back. The quantity has been reduced.
Definitely I ll pause for some time as I get better price with good quantity near by!
Ending up 20$ per person is a big no.
Once in 6 months I can see for taste.

One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve tried. The food is full of authentic flavor, perfectly spiced, and consistently fresh. The butter chicken and biryani were outstanding, and the naan was soft and cooked just right. Service was warm, attentive, and professional without being pushy. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, making it a great spot for both family dinners and casual outings. Highly recommended if you want real Indian taste done properly.
