We arrived around 11:30, just in time for lunch. Unfortunately, we were served stale bread, likely leftover from the previous day. It seemed there was no fresh bread available to accommodate the lunch rush. I was quite disappointed with the service. We ordered sandwiches totaling around $45, but they did not meet our expectations. I would not recommend this location.

The lady in in the front is very rude and arrogant. I went in to buy some cookies she not only over charged me but gave me wrong item. I asked for raspberry and macadamia nut cookies she gave me 2 of them and something else.

I only had a bit of time to stop and get lunch when I pulled in here. Luckily there wasn’t a line so I was helped immediately by Leslie, she was super friendly and helped me get in and out within 6 minutes (not joking). This place looked very clean and all the ingredients were fresher than any Subway I’ve been in, in my life.

The food was good, but what made this experience nice was the young lady who helped me. I’m on a walker and she was so kind while I figured out what I wanted while trying not to cuss too loud from pain. She was sweet, patient, and very understanding.

Nothing I like better than a good meatball and marinara sandwich. Today I got a 12 inch with provolone cheese. It was great. 6 inch for dinner and the rest for a snack tonight. Good meatballs and equally good sauce. Yum!. Will I go back…..damn right I will.

Would’ve given 0 stars if it were possible.. went in tonight(Thursday) to get food. The 1st lady that was helping me out was nice and appropriate. I asked her if there was bacon since I ordered 3 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches and she cooked them without the bacon so I assumed she forgot or there was none with shortages and all that.. Then there was a younger taller female wearing glasses who was helping with the order tells me “you don’t have to be rude”. All I did was ask a question in a normal tone of voice(maybe a little louder due to the barrier in between). Either way this lady definitely needs to learn a lot about customer service and how to talk to people just in general. Another thing which isn’t really a biggie but the coupon situation is not great they only accept certain ones. No BOGO coupons.

Had a bad customer service situation that hase feeling like I will probably never go back to this location of Subway at the corner of 16th Street & G. Street. They had a hand written sign on the wall stating they would only except certain coupons. They apparently only except very few coupons from Subway! The one I had was listed as excepted! But when I went to pay the register wouldn’t discount my total & I was told they wouldn’t honor my coupon, even though they had it listed as. 1 of 2 coupons they excepted. Coupon was valid but owner refused to except it so I paid & explained to the owner that I couldn’t patronize a business that I can’t trust.

lady was very busy but we were patient and she made our sandwiches exactly how we like them. i got a wrap with turkey and ceasar dressing. a thing of beauty, not too heavy and a bag of chips had me satisfied i wish i got her name to leave her a good review! Monday feb 3rd around 5pm thank you!
