First time coming to Detroit with my wife and my homie so as we were leaving my homie was talking about Culver’s so we decided to go there and the food was very good I had the deluxe culver bacon burger, my wife had the tenders and my homie had the code fillet meal. This was a great place to try and I recommend this place if you ever happen to visit the west side of Detroit it’s a nice spot to grab a good quality meal while on the road. A must try spot. DoorDash me some food 1.6 miles away food cold burger cold half bag of fries .. General manager said it’s out of his hands once DoorDash take order well my food shouldn’t be cold my fries shouldn’t be half empty.. and yes seal was on bag.. just water if money .. from general manager on down needs to be re trained … and take accountability for bull they send out …. I visit Culver’s every time I travel to the U.S. because it’s truly my favorite place for a burger. The food is always excellent, and the staff here are consistently friendly and full of energy. During my most recent visit, the team was especially attentive and kind, which made the experience even better. This location has become one of my favorites to stop by.

Best Culvers for Customer service in USA
Story time : This happened almost 3 months ago just few weeks after I lost my only sibling. I was here on a random Weekday afternoon to grab lunch as I was on the way to work. I got Togo food for myself and my coworker as I tried to get the drinks settled in my car while I had put the bag of food on top of my hood.
I wasn’t sure what happened but there was this sudden gush of wild wind that it toppled the whole bag of food mind it it had two meals in it.
And that’s it I just broke down as I was really pissed off (grieving ) with life and this happened as all I was trying to do is get to work in time and eat peacefully and this happened.
I was so overwhelmed and was on the verge of crying.
But tried to pull myself over and went in to get the order again but this is when everything changed there was this old white grandparents who saw all this happen to me while they were eating their lunch with their young grandson.
The Grandpa came to me and insisted that he will pay for the lunch.
I first resisted but eventually gave in as he was very kind and that’s when I couldn’t control myself and started crying to him.
While we were standing in the line I spoke to him about my past saying how I lost my mom 6 years ago and now my only sibling. He was so empathetic in the mean time I think it was the supervisor was not sure but the Culver employee saw me crying asked what happened they were so generous and made me my Order again with no charge and also gave me some words of advice.
The kindness really helped at the end of the day .
Just wanted to share this beautiful story as this culver has been my regular stop since past year since I changed to my new job. But never thought I would have such memorable experience like this.

Been going here weekly since they opened, staff here is phenomenal. No issue there. My usual order jumped up $2 recently and I don’t feel ok paying $14.50 for a burger and 10 fries. You lost a valued customer.

Overpriced for starters. Not even close to being worth what they charge for combos. Butterburger is just cachet nothing special. Bunch of young kids that just slap the food together just like any other ff spot. And you’re paying $14 for a single burger combo that I could pay $10-11 for at Wendy’s… And Wendy’s tastes better!!! I guess people like overpaying for the name since there were others there patronizing this place. Even the ice cream is subpar. Got the caramel turtle, which of course didn’t look anything like what was pictured, and tasted like something I could’ve gotten from Kroger. Not pleased at all. No one in our group was impressed to say the least. Lastly, you’d think after waiting like 8-10 mins for our food it would be nice and hot, but it wasn’t. Smh… Legit won’t waste my money here again.

I order fish and do not want tartar sauce. I ask for hot sauce and ketchup. I forget to check. So when I get to work, there is only tartar sauce in the bag. It happens more than not. I finally decided to write a review. It’s on the receipt as well! It’s upsetting every time it happens.

I love this Culver’s! The one buy my house (Taylor) is in need of a makeover. This place is new and beautiful inside. It was nice that it wasn’t crowed. I do usually see the lot packed, but it was Halloween. The food was delicious and the service was fast. The cashier was very kind as well.

Have been wanting to try this place out for awhile now because I had never been there but it’s right by my grandparents and they used to tell me they liked going there. It was pretty good but nothing special and really not that big of a selection. The people working were pretty nice and got the food out fairly quick. Kind of like a fast food place I had no idea I thought they actually had servers before visiting. Either way wasn’t a problem as long as my food came out warm hahah
