We made on online order, showed up and paid cash, the cashier, the gal with the headset in the photo, said it would be a minute, then she took out money, gave us change, they went back to making sandwiches, and never changed her gloves.(after handling money) … freaky disgusting! Then we sat and waited for almost 25 minutes. What happened to freaky fast!!!!!!

Placed online order, arrived about 5 minutes after placing it and the dork working there hadn’t even started making my order and had NO orders that he was making. He was doing some other chores. . . IF YOU HAVE ORDERS TO MAKE THAT SHOULD BE PRIORITY BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE! Freaky fast? More like stupid slow.

Along with all recent reviews, we waited forever with only one vehicle in front of us. Ordered ahead on the app and the status hadn’t changed for a while so decided to go to the drive thru and aam about it…kid said, “be with you in a minute” and waited a very long minute for nothing…ended up leaving. Wasn’t even during any kind of lunch or dinner rush hour. Do NOT go here if you want your food in a decent amount of time.

I went to this Jimmy John’s expecting the “freaky fast” service they brag about. Instead, I sat in the drive-thru behind the same car for over 15 minutes. I tried to be patient, thinking maybe it was a fluke—but no. In total, they served one car in 15 minutes. ONE. There were only two people ahead of me, and I had already placed my order, but I finally gave up and left because I literally couldn’t wait any longer. If you need to have a quick lunch, this is not the place.

Jake is unprofessional at his finest. I Came in for an order for my mum and I heard the manager, talking to another coworker about some other coworker they work with. He was belittling and putting down the guy to other associates. Thats VERY unprofessional to do infront of customers and Managers should NEVER talk bad about a coworker with people who work under them. I don’t know what the guy was thinking acting like this but if his the manager for this location I think he needs retraining or transfered to a store where he is not in charge.

We placed an online order at 2 pm to be ready between 5:15 & 5:30. I got there at 5:25. There was a slow moving line, which i understood because it was dinner time. After about 10 minutes in line, I get to the window and my order isn’t ready. I wait another 5 minutes and they come and ask my name again. I wait another 5 minutes and they ask me to pull around to the front because they need to make more chicken. What? My order was ordered ahead. It should have been ready. I pull around to the front. They never came out. My boyfriend called them a couple times and they kept saying 10 more minutes. I waited a total of 50 minutes! I finally went in and told the l have been waiting for my order for 50 minutes. The girl goes and gets some guy. I tell him and all he says is “Do you just want a refund?” I said yes. He went to the register, brought back a receipt that said cancelled order, handed to me and walked away. No sorry, no trying to make it right. We will never return. That is horrible customer service.

Today and everyday jjs goes above and beyond with thier awesome people and food. But extra especially because today I requested something they’ve never done before. A pickle bouquet and boy did they deliver! Amazing! The birthday girl loved it and all thanks to the best team in papillion Nebraska.

We love Jimmy Johns… order it 3 or 4 times a month for delivery. Everyone is always super nice and the food is usually great. However, the delivery service has been very disappointing lately. Definitely not the people delivering it, they always apologize for the wait, and it’s beyond their control when they are busy and don’t have enough help… I just mean the amount of time it takes to get it. Tonight we ordered our food at 5:15pm, still wasn’t here at 6:20pm so I called to see how much longer it would be. I got informed it is ready, they are just busy and waiting for the delivery guy to get back. Here’s to hoping we get our food by 7:15pm . Not feeling the freaky fast hype ‍♀️
