Very good food. Very good buffet place. 100% recommendable. Workers are also very friendly. It was so good that I had 14 pieces of pizza, I might be a big back

Pizza Ranch is the best place around for pizza and chicken! Hands down some of the best fried chicken you’ll find anywhere. The food is always fresh, hot, and there’s a great variety on the buffet. The service and staff are fantastic and always friendly. One thing I really love is that you can ask for custom pizzas and they’ll make them and bring slices right to your table. It’s a great place to eat and we always leave happy and full!

On a Saturday afternoon that was not busy, our family of 4 had over 10 dirty plates stacked on our table. No one came to clear them.
Food was good, so that was a plus. BOH was rocking out, though!
Ultimately though, the price is just out of control. once a year is all we can do. 2 adults and 2 kids was $75. It’s TERRIBLE. It’s just not doable for our family anymore.

Pizza Ranch in Hudsonville was a mixed experience and probably not a place I’ll return to. I didn’t realize going in that it’s a buffet, but that wasn’t an issue, and the country western casual vibe makes it clear this spot is built for families. There was no wait on a Saturday night, which was surprising, and service was neither good nor bad, just fine. The biggest letdown was the pizza, which is unfortunate given the name, as it was easily the worst part of the meal. The fried chicken and mashed potatoes were decent enough, and at $17.99 per adult with a soft drink included, the value feels fair. That said, no TVs, no adult beverages, and weak pizza make it a poor choice for a casual night out or catching a game, and it really only makes sense for families or a quick weekday lunch.

Great pizza buffet with friendly workers.
The broasted chicken on the buffet is really fantastic!
Plus, you can custom order any pizza you want (for free) to be sent to the buffet, and they will bring it to your table first so you can get as many slices as you want!
Overall great buffet and friendly, clean dining-out experience!

I’ve been to this location a few times, mostly for lunch, but once or twice for dinner. It’s around $14-$16 per person for the whole buffet, and cheaper if you are a child or retiree. There is a fair variety for price, and the staff are nice. The pizza is on the sweeter side, which I like a lot, and the bread sticks, corn, and mashed potatoes are good, too. I can’t say no to self-serve ice cream, haha. I am full and satisfied after every visit.
Pictures are from a couple of visits.

Where do I even start? This is the best buffet in Michigan. from the food to the staff hands down the best. Douglass is a great worker even though he tried to take me out, and Logan is my favorite server. 10/10 I will be back.

It’s a buffet and was extremely busy when we were there, so food refills on the buffet were a little slow and a lot of things were out when we’d go up and plates being cleared took quite a while as well, but what we had was very good and I could see it being really good during a time that wasn’t so busy. Employees were definitely staying busy doing what the could despite the crowds. We’ll definitely be back, but next time we go, we’ll try a less busy time of day

We generally enjoy the buffet though it just doesn’t always have a pizza out that our kids like. We ordered our own pizza once and waited forever for it that we ended up not even getting it because we were done eating already. We also had to wait for the dessert pizza to be put out. The food tastes good but just requires some patience.
