Absolutely loved my visit! The food, drinks, and overall vibe made it such an enjoyable experience.
The Chicken Ramen (with spicy soy) was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced definitely my favorite dish of the night.
The Chicken Katsu was crispy on the outside and tender inside comforting and delicious.
The Lavender Lemonade was refreshing and unique, while the Lychee Party Tea had a lovely sweetness, both were great drink options.
Ended our meal with Mango Mochi Ice Cream, which was soft, chewy, and a perfect finish.
The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and the service was warm and attentive. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic Japanese flavors in Montgomery!

We went in around 1pm on Sunday and were seated immediately. The service was fast and pleasant. The atmosphere was really nice with touches of Japan all around. Really clean and organized. The food was great and everything was as described and expected. The prices are reasonable and they offer lunch specials everyday until about 2:30pm.

I have wanted to try them for a while and finally decided to go for lunch. I had the kitchen katsu and an avocado maki roll. All of the food was delicious and the service was terrific. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also great. Will def go back and recommend it to anyone

One of the best sushi and Japanese places around! The lunch specials are economical, delicious, and a hearty serving size. You really can’t beat 2 rolls, miso soup, and a salad for $15.99. The gyoza were perfectly crisped and everything is the beef bulgogi bento box was delicious. The service was great and the staff were friendly. The atmosphere would be perfect for a fun date night but is equally enjoyable for lunch. Over all a great addition to the Eastchase food scene!

Went here for the first time. My wife had already been a few times and said the food was excellent, so I wanted to find that out for myself. I did not want anything too heavy so I just ordered sushi and chose the Golden Tiger Roll and let me tell you it’s some of the best sushi I’ve ever tasted. The roll was about 10 pieces and they were nice sized pieces and was a surprisingly good price at $12.99. My wife ordered a small sushi roll that was also good and also ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Hibachi. The chicken had a wonderful flavor and was tender. It was $16.99. We both had water. The service was super friendly and prompt. Overall with tip we spent around $51. I would highly recommend this restaurant as one of, if not the best, freshest tasting Japanese restaurants in the tri-county area. I will definitely be going here again soon.

I’ve come about 3 times now and the foods been good every time. When I pickup my takeout orders, the smaller containers for my soup and side salad are always on top. It was concerning to find a hair sticking out of the first box I pulled from the bag this last time.
I didn’t plan to eat the salad anyway, so that was good.

The atmosphere was nice and the service was friendly, which we really appreciated.
We tried the Chicken Karaage, Tonkotsu Ramen, and Gyudon.
The Chicken Karaage tasted more like Korean-style soy garlic chicken than traditional Japanese karaage—not exactly what I expected, but still decent.
The Gyudon was served with miso soup and a small salad that included orange slices, pickled radish, and cherry tomatoes. The dressing was a bit watery, and the portion of beef felt quite small. I think it would be better to skip the fruit and offer more protein instead.
The Tonkotsu Ramen came with the same salad and orange slices. It was okay, but not very flavorful—there’s room for improvement.
Overall, it was an okay experience. The service was great, and we’re always happy to support local businesses. With a bit more focus on portion size and flavor, this place has potential to get much better.

Super pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! Very friendly staff, amazing interior and music choices, and a very filling lunch menu. I ordered the BB lunch special for $19.99, and I couldn’t be more full from the soup, salad, and extremely loaded volcano roll! I couldn’t finish the other (also delicious) roll!
Very quickly seated and served, attentive and friendly staff, and super fresh and hot food. My side soup and salad were at my table before I had time to remember that it was coming with my meal!
The ginger salad’s ginger dressing was a little watery (personal preference for a little thicker, but to each their own). The miso soup had a lot of seaweed, which was perfect for me! Again, super hot and fresh.
I will be back! Seriously, try this place out.

Everything I ate was delicious and fresh.( came here with my brother and we ordered the Gyoza, Squid salad, Seaweed salad, sushi appetizer and two sushi rolls. We had the Green Tea cheesecake for dessert and it came with Green tea ice cream. We enjoyed it. They also serve alcohol. I will be returning soon.

We really enjoyed our meal! I tried the Kappa Roll and my husband ordered pieces of nigiri ,which we shared. Both of our selections were fresh, generous and exactly to our liking. The AKA pomegranate cocktail was delicious and presented in a lovely coupe glass. Service was friendly and prompt. We have found our new favorite place for sushi since the previous restaurant owners(Miyako) retired!
