Very bad experience

Staff has no patients or customer care. I was trying to take my family out to eat and enjoy the morning. They were rushing through the hole time at the drive through and there wasn’t even no one behind me at first.

I still tried to ignore all that negative stuff and we all came inside to wait for the food and decided to eat inside

One of the burgers looked like they had warmed up some old buns and I politely asked for another one and they did re make it.

But we heard how they were talking about us and whining over a burger I forgot to put in trash can.

I’m never coming back to this location and don’t recommend no one else.

My chicken from my sandwhich was hard and my stomach was hurting after trying my wife’s burger.

Hope this helps improve service. Customers come in to enjoy not to hear staff complaining and being rude.

I’ll stick to Chick-Fil-A and chillis. Always warm and welcoming environment.

Horrible and careless service!! They messed up my order by forgetting to ring up my drink, and I know the young lady heard me because she asked me what size and I told her medium. When I got to the window, I asked for my drink and they told me it wasn’t on the order so I asked if I could just go ahead and pay for it at the window. They told me I had to go all the way around and wait in the long line again to get my drink because there was no register at that window. Somebody could’ve ran to the other register As a Courtesy and rang it up instead of having me wait in a long line when they are the ones that messed up my order! They also had me pay extra for an additional sauce for the nuggets and never put it in the bag. She just shrugged her shoulders and said they were short staffed and there was nothing she could do.

I tried waiting patiently in line but the young lady took forever to come back to the counter to take orders. I believe they had her bagging orders and taking orders which is insane.

I ended up placing my order on the kiosk. For one the kiosk must need an update because things kept popping up a midst me trying to take my order.

How come I order a loaded potato and you give me loaded fries without my knowledge of changing? I normally check my food but today I was in a rush and didn’t want to slow other customers from getting their orders because I was in here for 45 mins waiting on simple meals.

I ordered Wendy’s through DoorDash and was very disappointed. My double stack burger arrived with a pink patty, my fries were missing, and the chicken nuggets were extremely hard and overcooked. This is the last time I will eat at any Wendy’s.

Horrible customer service && very bad management how your inside close at 10 @ you kiosk it’s down an 1045 I think not i myself manage a burger place an we operate off of strictly kiosk if your system down it’s down thru out the whole store not only that that means no drive thru orders also no inside but they we currently taken drive thru orders this is the worst place either close down an get new management an staff or just close it down all togeather because the way there was no help about why the orders could get took is insane then you ask me do I have cash no I didn’t there’s no time limit on cash if you don’t close until late night but I mean hey if you owners like it I love it I will never come to this Wendy’s in 85 for nothing in the world even if it wasn’t nothin eles on earth this is crazy an very unprofessional for her to say ohhhh my system is down but your taking orders at the drive thru horrible

The line for drive through was really long, I had to wait roughly 15 minutes. But the food was good and hot. My order was correct and the food came out fast as soon as I ordered it. I got a chicken sandwich which was yummy and their chicken nuggets are good too, nice and crispy.

On Monday I decided to eat at this location Wendy’s. When I place my order I know this the price was a dollar difference from what was display on the menu. I asked the lady that they have a price increase? She never replied she took my card. And told me out which took all of 2 minutes. When she gave me my order she closed the window and hid behind the wall. Instead of seeing what I wanted so she came back to the window and I asked her could she give me two package jelly. She did give me what I asked for and again shut the window and hit behind the wall I didn’t understand that. But the only thing I’m asking change the price on your menu it doesn’t take that long. The chicken biscuit was called and a potato wedges was high which I appreciate it part of my order being hot.
