Charged me for specialty sauces on the app and refused to give them to me because I didn’t order chicken mcnuggets.I ordered fries to dip them in, but that wasn’t enough for the woman at the drive through window. I also explained that a previous order placed at a McDonald’s further away. Did not give me my sauces and that’s why I was making this order.And that was not enough for the woman at the drive through window. Do not order food from this McDonald’s. They literally just need to hire a few extra people, and then everything else wouldn’t be so bad.
Last time I went, they didn’t know about my pickup order until I asked them. They looked at the app on my phone and told me I went to the wrong location. I drove to the location they told me I should have went to. At that location, they showed me that the first location was in fact lying and it was the proper address. Instead of driving all the way back again, I sent messages to corporate. Corporate didn’t care and told me that I need to contact the store manager on my own.

I ordered through the app but the way I entered I went straight to the window instead of checking in at the drive thru. They were very understanding and got more order without having to drive around the building again.

The food is always great. Mostly I order through the app and pickup through drive through. The challenge comes if you are going north or west. Follow Google maps and you’ll get there!
