I’m gonna hope this Applebee’s just had a bad night. No wait to be seated. Our waitress was very nice and polite. That’s about it. Food took a while to get out. Food did not come out as hot as I’d expect it to. When our main course was ordered, it was 50 minutes before our food arrived and just like the appetizer, it didn’t come out as hot and fresh as I expected. One of our meals had to be remade due to them forgetting about an allergy. A Mac and cheese was left out for our 2 year old. So 50 minutes initial wait plus 20 more minutes for the plate that had to be redone and the forgotten Mac and cheese. We have Been to a lot of Applebee’s and unfortunately this one was the worst. We will be back and hopefully i can update my honest review in a positive way.

Me and my wife went to pick up food to go and nobody came out to the pick up outside and I had to go in and wait for someone to finally speak with to get my food, and went home. Both my wife’s and my meals were extremely small portioned. So I called to complain about it. I spoke with the lady who was supposed to the manager. I did not get her name. She offered me nothing so I ended the call, but I decided to call back and then spoke to a manager named Josh and explained the unsatisfactory service we experienced and the most they offer was a five dollar coupon. I posted a photo of what the meal was supposed to look like the amount and then I posted what I got as you can see in the photos portion is terrible not even a full meal. They just kind of covered up the little amount of chicken. They gave me with the fries on top terrible Service will never be going back and I would highly recommend to dine in and definitely do not order to go.

Traveling and passing through and the food, and service was terrible. The hostess sat us at a booth that was dirty so I asked for another one and she looked confused. So my husband said we will just sit across at a regular table (and I could see the filth under the table more). I had to ask for utensils. My food was terrible and not pleasing to the eye. The waitress messed up my husband’s order. So I was so hungry I didn’t feel like returning my food also but I barely ate it bc the chicken was tough. The best thing was the pretzels and water! Waitress seemed distracted and they sat some loud teenagers or young adults at the dirty booth next to us and the workers were going to their table talking to them and I heard cursing from the employees while they were talking to them. The waitress didn’t deserve a tip but she only received one out of sympathy bc she had manners.

My husband and I went here for dinner last night. The restaurant was not packed at all, maybe a total of 16 people. We waited about 25-30 minutes for our meal to make it to the table. When it finally did, I found a beard hair in my grilled chicken. I brought it to the trainee waitress’ attention and she stated she would send a manager out. Instead our waitress came out, took my plate and informed me they were making another which I declined. The manager finally came over to speak to us and when I showed him the hair the only words out of his mouth were “that’s crazy”. No apology whatsoever from the manager only the waitresses. The manager did comped the chicken which was nice but he was completely dismissive about the situation. Their system needs work as well. When we went to pay, we noticed we were being charged for our appetizer twice. our waitress explained they have to manually enter in the happy hour special and the customer has to wait for it to reflect on the pay scanner at our table. Our waitress seemed annoyed when we inquired about the second charge, anyone would have asked. I’m sure they were annoyed overall at the situation but we were as well after finding hair in my food and having the manager dismiss the situation. Ami, the waitress in training was fabulous and will thrive! Overall, we won’t be back to this Applebees or any other locations.

Our server Bre was great considering she was working the Bar area as well as several tables. The food, specifically our Appetizer was cold. The quesadilla was not cooked thoroughly. The cheese was not melted, chicken was cold and even the manger said they could use more Pico de gallo. The ALL YOU CAN EAT shrimp were fried then refried and were greasy. Fries were cold until I spoke with manager and her demeanor was stale and dry. I didn’t receive an apology for poor food. Bre was only associate working while others gathered at a table and talked. My 2nd round of fries were hot but the tenders were mediocre. No one informed me about NO coleslaw until it was too late.

Everything was great. The food was good. We chose the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp…… (awesome). Our server, Maddie was very tentative to us. We didn’t have to look for her for anything. She even recommended drinks for us. We’ll be back and sure to ask to sit in her seat.

Maddie was Fantastic she very prompt wirh service she was great with communications She even got her manager to verify our food because we are allergic to pork. All food was great Beef Nachos, Pretzels sticks with beer cheese, the chicken Alfredo did need seasoning Maddie bought us extra Parmesan cheese the chicken wanton, nachos and the Peach Buckets drink was I had two, my husband Bud Light on draft and very reasonable for the price not expensive . So much food we took the rest to go

Got a Togo order while traveling and needed a stretch break. Very fast, friendly service and warm delicious food. I would definitely stop in if family with me when traveling. I had all but given up on Applebee’s because the ones close to home seem to not care about the customer…. here I can see, feel and taste the difference. Thank you. (One who was losing hope in all fast and medium food order restaurants)
