My wife and I had an early New Years Eve dinner. It was great. Our server Branton was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable of the wine and allowed us to taste a couple before buying a bottle. i had the filet medallions with blackened tuna (surf and turf). It was excellent (note that you have to like blue cheese since it is on the steak). My wife had shrimp and scallops risotto which was also excellent.

Recommend making reservations. We started with the calamari and there was too much batter, you could barely taste the calamari. Probably wouldn’t get it again especially for $19. Now, the wine braised short ribs made up for the calamari. For dessert we had the s’mores budino and it was excellent. Our waiter Anthony was spectacular and very attentive despite being very busy the entire time we were there.

It’s always a great experience at Cooper Hawks winery, from dinner, happy hour, wine tasting and everything in between. I have been a wine club member for a couple years and I love that they let me put it on vacation mode when I’m not in town! Garrett has helped me multiple times from serving to bartending bringing a warm personality and a welcoming smile! I have nothing but great things to say about this place and highly recommend you check them out! You won’t be disappointed!

We had a wine tasting before dinner, it was excellent. The wine was very good with a wide variety. We were able to try several wines which was nice. The server was great, very polite and knowledgeable about the wine she was pouring. After the wine tasting it was time to have dinner. The menu had a wide variety of choices. The appetizers and dinner were amazing and also the coxtails were great. Our server Gianna was absolutely fantastic, friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. Me and my family had a great time. Weather you’re there for a wine tasting and or for dinner, you will definitely enjoy yourself. We highly recommend it.

Everything we had was delicious. Our server, Sarah, was excellent and gave great recommendations. She made our experience there exponentially better. The medallion trio, filet, salmon were all excellent, and the limited time dessert (caramel macchiato brownie with pistachio gelato) was amazing! Thanks Sarah and the rest of the restaurant for a great meal and great wine.

Went to Cooper’s hawk this afternoon for a wine tasting, as last time we ran a little late for dinner and didn’t have time to do the tasting. I did the sweet and my friend did the varietal. Annaya was our bartender and she was very sweet and knowledgeable about the wines, and convinced us to sign up for the wine club! Really looking forward to the perks that come with joining. I enjoyed the almond prosecco and white sangria the most, and bought a bottle of lavender bees knees for my friend. Glad we had a good time with great wine!

We visited Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday. She was in Sarasota with friend so we hosted a table of twelve at the restaurant and were beyond pleased with the experience.
First, our waiter Isaiah was simply top-notch. Dealing with 9 teenage girls is no small accomplishment but Isaiah was helpful, funny and charming from the time we sat down to the time we paid the bill. Super service!
The food was very good. We started with two servings of pot stickers for the table and they received rave reviews. Pretzel bread with butter was spread across the table and was very good.
Every single one of the twelve of us enjoyed our meals with many different options selected. The food all looked good and it seems like you probably couldn’t go wrong with any option on the menu. The meals were excellent! The girls all got dessert either for themselves or to split and my daughter’s option even came with a candle and the table belting out a little “Happy Birthday.”
A great experience at the restaurant and would definitely recommend!

Disappointing service and management. Food was excellent, but our waitress was clearly overworked and unable to keep up with the tables she had. Management just stood around and joked with other employees. Not once did they approach the table to see how our dinner was or even to offer the wine club. The drinks and food were really good, but we can get a meal just as good with much better service elsewhere. Also, like others had mentioned, we were seated at a 4-top table next to noisy parties, when we made a reservation for 2. We are not planning on returning.

The warm bread is fresh. The espresso martini’s are perfect. I had the chicken piccata, parmesan crusted chicken, and the sirloin medallions so far. All were delicious. The bar tenders and our server have been fantastic
