Ordered online At 6:07, 6:12 preparing order, we were quoted a pickup time of 6:40. Our pickup person got there at 6:45, someone was waiting in the lobby since 5. That guy walked out. We received a message stating the order was being bagged at 6:55. 7:06 Order ready to pickup. He didn’t receive the order until after 7:10. The Pizookie cookies were burnt. The fish was overcooked into rubber.

Needed a late night dinner and they were open late ! Friendly bartender provided prompt service of a cold beer. This was followed soon after by a cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. Needed a bit of mayo and Heinz ketchup on top but otherwise appreciated the perfect medium doneness as requested.

Amazing service at this restaurant. Our waitress Rylie was great. The food was delicious and came out very quickly. It gets busy quick, so reservations aren’t a bad idea. The pizookies are so good and you can’t miss out on them. There is a happy hour from 4-6 I believe with a few promos.

The food was not great. Had the shrimp taco’s received 2 taco a small order of nacho chips and about 1/4 cup of black beans for 20.00 really over priced. My husband ordered the fish and chips. The French fries were so salty and the fish was not of good quality for 22.00. Food is over priced. Was not pleased with the food. Our server was very attentive.

Iv eaten here a handful of times and while in restaurant iv never had any issues with service or food however iv ordered there for pickup 3 times. Absolutely terrible each time. This third time was the last time I’ll eat from there. The sweet potato fries where as bad as they look. Definitely days old, lifeless soggy food. The desert cookie arrived with a quarter of it missing with finger marks in it like someone took their hand and ate peices out of it. I didnt think it was possible to go wrong with loaded mashed potatos, again tasted like it was days old, had a sticky glew like consistency. The brussel sprouts iv had in restaurant where so amazing, the same order pick up was unrecognizable.

We had a very nice dinner here last Friday night, my first time, too, and the foods that we ordered were so delicious!
They have the best-tasting chicken parm, onion rings, orange cream soda, and the Razzle Dazzle Berry Fizz! The portions were big, too, and definitely filled us up immediately! I highly recommend all of them.

I’ve only eaten here twice (I live over an hour away). Both times the food was great! The first visit I had the Cheesy Broccoli Soup & it was fantastic – so cheesy. The pizzookie is super yummy. The prices were comparable to other restaurants of similar caliber. If I lived closer I’d definitely eat here often.

As someone who used to love BJ’s, it’s actually painful to write this. The service started with waiting about 15min for someone to take our order… it wasn’t yet busy and given the “staffing shortage” issue across the industry, we were patient. The waiter approached us, took our order and that was one of the two times we actually spoke to him considering our food and drinks were delivered by other people. None the less, when our food came out it was not what it always was. The porkchop, dry, over-seasoned and overcooked. The mashed potatoes, dry. But again, we don’t want to make a fuss and figured we would enjoy the pizzookie. After another long wait, and drinks sucked dry with no refills in sight, the pizzookies came out burnt. We sat there for almost 20 minutes before we were checked on and by that point we were ready to go. I disclosed our disappointment and shocking enough they comped us OUR SODAS because our meals were considered part of the “weekend special”. We paid our bill and left but between the lack of customer service, the poor quality of food, and the lack of reasonable accommodation, we will not be returning. It’s a shame considering we were once regular patrons only for everything we loved about this place to decline and/or diminish.
