The food was absolutely AMAZING! We ordered a poke bowl, chicken nachos, burgers, kids’ burgers, and fries — and everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. You can really tell they care about the quality of their food.
The only downside was the service. When I asked for hot water, it was served to me in a PLASTIC cup, which was surprising and honestly a bit disappointing. Otherwise, great food and overall a place worth visiting if the service improves a bit!

Ana our server was so nice ! My first ever at yard house and it was delicious! Definitely will be back ! The chicken tortilla soup was so good ! The pasta and tacos yummy. The Oreo brookie good flavors.

Now awesome place BUT if you’re going please expect to leave with high blood pressure my server was nice but when I tell you EVERYTHING WAS SALTY. If you zoom in on the picture with the chips you ca actually see how much salt was added to each chip. I got the barbecue burger or something like that to go because I literally felt like my blood vessels were about to burst open. Idk if the chef was going through a breakup or something I don’t really know but Damm brother!. Great ambience though my server was definitely not salty she was awesome

This was my first visit to Yard House at the Willow Grove Mall in Philadelphia, and it definitely won’t be my last! I came from New Jersey with my daughter to visit a friend, and we decided to stop in for lunch. Our server, Chrissy, was absolutely amazing — personable, kind, efficient, and her recommendations were spot on!
She even took the time to snap a few photos for us and chat like we were old friends, all while effortlessly tending to her other tables. I visit a lot of restaurants, and I always pay close attention to customer service because it means everything in my own business — and Chrissy’s was outstanding!
We truly enjoyed the appetizers, drinks, and entrées (the pork chops are a must-try!). The next time I’m in the area, I’ll definitely be requesting Chrissy again if she’s still there. She has exceptional people skills and made our visit a great experience from start to finish. Thank you, Chrissy, for making our day so enjoyable!

I came here for the first time with my family. Our waitress Karlee was amazing and super nice to us. She made us feel very comfortable and welcome in this establishment. Same with our secondary waiter Cole (Karlee’s shift ended). The food was delicious. I got myself some carne asada tacos and they were fabulous. The vibes I got from this place were amazing and really boosted my mood up today. Overall a fantastic restaurant and we will be returning soon!

Came here to celebrate an anniversary and the beginning of a new year and it was my and my boyfriends most favorite spot. Our waitress Ana was the sweetest and whatever she is getting paid should be raised. All the food has pictures on the menu which was very helpful. Their appetizers alone are to die for but everything was such good quality and delicious. So many different options for different cravings. In the end we wanted to get dessert and were suprised when the waitress brought us a free one even before we ordered it. It was just a perfect experience. Ana was amazing! Will be back here many times!!

Dinner was delicious and the lobster shrimp possum the taste is delicious. It’s creamy it’s flavorful. It’s really really good. My mom and Brother got the steak. They didn’t like the sauce the steak sauce with it, but it was pretty good. My dad got these tacos. I don’t know what he said about it, but they were good then we got dessert, we got the Oreo brookie, It was overcooked but good., then we got the bread pudding and that was actually pretty good. It was like a soft texture a little chewy but soft. Almost forgot we got the two appetizers the cheesy things they were good. The sauce was spicy though then we got the fried Carey, they were OK.

We ordered the mushroom flatbread, which was very good, and the sliders tasted nice, though they were a bit oily. Unfortunately, the wings were really bad—I took one bite and couldn’t eat any more. What was surprising is that the waitress didn’t ask if everything was okay with the dish, even though it was obvious we ate or boxed everything except the wings.
Overall, mixed experience: some good food, but the wings and lack of follow-up took away from it.

I walked in on a Friday night and was immediately impressed with the customer service—every time I looked up, someone was ready to help, and I noticed they were attentive to other guests too. I ordered the spicy jambalaya, which was really good! Just a heads-up: the spice level was more of a 5 out of 10, so if you like it extra hot like I do, you might want to ask for more heat. I also tried the crispy Brussels sprouts, and the aioli dip that came with them was amazing! Overall, I’d definitely recommend this spot—among food chains, it’s one of the better options.
