This store is good. It’s pretty clean most of the time. The food is good. They no longer have sweet tea. I mean in a bottle. But its not made anymore. Big thumbs down for that. And i don’t really like the new way they make the subs. By putting the cheese on first then meat on top of it. And toast it before adding any toppings. Then it has to have the sauce before and other toppings. Not a fan of it that way. Not sure who idea that dumb stuff is. And ack like it can’t be made any other way. And it seems like they have got tighter on how much veggies they can give you. I guess that’s cut backs.lol im not sure if its just that one or it’s all of them. But who ever came up with the new way to make the subs should be hit in the face. And why can’t we have how we want it. But over all pretty good food and the place is clean. Pretty fresh food the lettuce it a little rough but not that bad. Oh and they been playing some pretty good music that’s a thumbs up for that.

Ordered a more expensive BMT. 1.5 oz. Of meat and no cheese. No one should order from this store.
I ordered through DoorDash. This is not what I ordered. And even if I did I would never order cucumbers on a sandwich. There are more cucumbers than meat or cheese. Not a a good restaurant.

they call themselves the sandwich artists, but this is looking a little like something i could make at home. i’m convinced that they put 4 singular black pepper grains on my sub purposefully bc i ordered close to closing time. i could also beat my bread off the wall and it would probably stay in 1 piece. 0 effort whatsoever. i hate dunbar.

best subway meatball sub i have had in years was from this place which is subway of dunbar,wv… day 1 took one home delicious, day 2 took one in a spinach wrap home and ate it all, then on day 3 i ate it again at the actually subway just to prove i was at subway… and i got full. also they have a coca-cola freestyle machine which is superior to all the fountain dispensers.

first time using online ordering, it the worst order ever had, no cheese at all, sweet onion terriakki suppose to be extra cheese, light lettuce, had no lettuce, extra onion had one piece of onion, extra spinach only had six pieces, extra sauce had so very little you couldn’t taste it except on the end, almost like they were saving the items for themselves. never will order online again, the worst sandwich I ever had From Subway plus never been to Dunbar before husband ordered beef extra cheese, barely anything, Extra cheese both sandwiches with provolone lettuce, extra tomato, extra green pepper, extra black olives barely any, extra onions two pieces on it, extra mayonnaise hardly any extra roast beef hardly any, inside ordering is best, you can see what goes on it. wouldn’t do online again no way.

Dunbar was the last holdout for Subway. Went inside to order, and the guy making my sandwich acted like he wanted to kill me…or someone. The girl doing the toppings wouldn’t even speak and refused to add any meaningful additional toppings, even when repeatedly requested. Side conversations were going on with the rest of the crew, to the point of distraction.
Subway has totally forgotten about customer service. I hope they go out of business soon.

I just had my first wrap at this Subway in Dunbar, West Virginia…and it was nothing short of FANTASTIC. Both Destiny and Jennifer went above and beyond the call and were exceptionally courteous, accommodating and friendly…and their demeanor easily made my decision to stop at this particular restaurant completely worthwhile.

Love the folks that work here! Always friendly and warm when I go in. I order mostly on the mobile app or online because I’m getting food for my family and I hate going through 3 or 4 sandwiches while in line. They know me and are 100% awesome (unlike nearby South Chatleston and their district manager who lack in service and never fulfill commitments).

Not wearing masks. I placed an online pickup order and when I arrived both employees were wearing their masks around their chin, not covering their nose or mouth. We ordered two chopped salads that were not chopped and did not have any salt and pepper on them though they were ordered and both sandwiches we ordered toasted neither where toasted, we also ordered chips and had to come back for those. Training needs to be a bigger focus at this location.
