Excellent customer service! I entered this establishment early in the morning to pick up an order for a Christmas party. Turns out it was the wrong pretzel factory. But it didn’t matter, Carmen and his team could tell I was frantic and filled my order for me. They were accommodating, friendly, and sweet. Carmen and Andrew rock! They designed these heart shaped pretzels for my son’s wedding. They even offered to deliver to the reception so the pretzels would still be fresh for guests at the end of the night. What customer service! They went above and beyond and it was much appreciated.

A little bummed with the customer service. Ordered a bucket of nuggets about 30 minutes prior to closing I got home and the pretzels were inedible. My kids couldn’t even bite into them. They were hard as a rock. The next day my husband went in to let them know, and the kid behind the counter threw five nuggets in a brown paper bag and said sorry about that.

Young staff under 18 for the most part for sales, good pork roll pretzel and hot dog pretzel, prices are good. It’s a pretzel joint so it’s pretty clean right.

Stopped in to get a bucket of the pretzel nuggets. They happened to be working on holiday orders for the 4th of July and gave us a batch fresh from the oven accompanied by a side of their honey mustard. I know you can taste it! Soooo Gooood!
