One of our best visits to Outback … Andrew’s service was on point and responsive. The blooming onion was cooked perfectly. The side wedge salad was huge and the ribs were mouthwatering tasty and literally falling off the plate when they were served! Serving sizes plentiful, so much that we brought home a second meal!

I should just go into this location and even if it’s to go or die in their service has been top-notch lastly, if you get the host or the worker and her name is K you know like that every kiss begins with K absolutely phenomenal employee and I wish her nothing but the best super Duper success and you need more people like her to make that place really awesome. Visiting Tampa and decided to try Outback since I haven’t dined in one for several months. New menu with some great options added, including some new premium sides selections. Service was attentive, and food came out as ordered with the steaks cooked to our requested preference. Did you know you could order a bottle of wine instead of a glass?

Got the NY strip steak and coconut shrimp. The sauce for the shrimp had a nice heat to it. Also got the wedge salad. Yum. All very good. Quick service and helpful team.

I can honestly say this was the best cheeseburger I’ve ever had in my entire life. Outback Steakhouse absolutely nailed it. The burger was perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor from the first bite to the last. Huge credit goes to Grant, the cook~ your skills seriously took this meal to another level!!
On top of that, the experience was made even better by Tony, the manager. It’s clear this location is run with pride and passion.

I would love to give this place 5 stars. Service was excellent, the complimentary aperitifs were tasty and the appetizers were great.
However, the steak part of this “steakhouse” was terrible. I wasn’t expecting Shula’s, but the 13 oz ribeye was one of the worst cuts of meat I have paid money for. Very tough, lots of hard silverskin fat and if it had seasoning, I was unable to detect it. I even lowered my expectations since it was only 13 oz so obviously would be thin. This should not be served at a restaurant and deserves to be sold at the dollar store as a very budget cut of meat.
The blooming onion was tasty, cheese boomerangs were cute and crunchy, fries and shrimp were good. It was only the namesake menu item that was sub par.
To be clear, it was cooked correctly. I don’t believe this to be the fault of the staff, but of the meat they are being supplied.

Our server Joey was amazing. It was my birthday but I do not like being sung to, and he privately brought the dessert and had me make a wish, kindest server I’ve ever had. The food was very good too.

The customer service was outstanding. I had an expired blooming onion coupon and just for ha ha’s I asked if I could still use it and they said sure no problem. The fillet was delicious, broccoli perfectly steamed, baked potato yummy.

I expected better service from our server Abagail. She had a very indifferent attitude. I ordered a glass of wine, and after that, she never asked if I wanted another one. I finished my main course, and as she was clearing the table, she asked if I wanted a to-go box, and I said yes. She brought me the box and the check without asking if I wanted any dessert. I was going to order dessert because I was in the mood for it, but with her attitude, it was as if she wanted me to leave. I’m not one to leave reviews ever, but I left the restaurant feeling very uncomfortable. I had hoped to enjoy a pleasant afternoon there. Also, the food wasn’t hot. I hope there will be an improvement in the service next time.

The manager was very generous and compassionate to a customer that was choking. He turned out to be fine, especially since I sprang into action to help him and the manager paid for my meal for doing a good deed which I didn’t want any recognition but I appreciate the gesture and I tipped the waiter pretty well cause I wanted to pay it forward.
