The pizza we received was delicious. It was hot and had plenty of toppings. The reason I gave a 3 for food was the order of French fries. They were cold and only half cooked. There was one whole section of them that was shredded or smashed. Definitely disappointing.

I ordered this pizza yesterday East of Chicago in Medina which is locally owned and it was absolutely delicious!!! The crust was a little crunchy and not too thick!!! I ordered this pizza with pepperoni, banana peppers, mushrooms and onions!!! It was fantastic!!! It smelled so good when I was driving home that I couldn’t wait to eat it!!! There’s also a variety of appetizers at East of Chicago like garlic bread and subs which are also very good. I love the veggie sub!! The service was also very good and my food was ready when I walked in to pick it up!!

Stopped in as we were passing through the area. We ordered personal pan pizzas. They were made quickly, served hot and tasted DELICIOUS! That sauce! Mmmmmmm.

Completely and utterly ridiculous experience. I just picked up a medium pepperoni pizza from this location; only to drive it all the way home, open the box and see that there was no pepperoni on the pizza. When I called the store and asked if they could make me an actual pepperoni pizza and deliver it to my address, they refused. Why? Because the pepperoni was “under the cheese”. My topping, let’s remember what that word means, was in the middle of the pizza.
According to the second guy I spoke to, it is the new policy coming from their corporate office. East Of Chicago wants their toppings, once again remember the definition of the word toppings, put in the middle of the pizza. And that’s not the worst part. We tried the pizza I brought home, and it was disgusting. The pepperoni itself was soft and mushy, completely undercooked, because it was not on the top. Again, like toppings are supposed to be. It ruined the entire pizza.
The store refused to offer me a refund, or make me an actual pepperoni pizza and deliver it to me. Quite literally the exact opposite of customer service. The second guy I spoke to simply said, “next time, just tell us to put the pepperoni on top”. Oh, you mean how it’s supposed to be made in the first place? I swear, this country is going nuts from top to bottom.

I wish I could leave negative stars. My steak sub minus miracle whip and mushrooms was delivered a ground beef WITH mushrooms jalapeños and some weird yellow sauce. But I “must’ve messed it up” as I was told when I called to question.

I picked up a pie tonight on my way home from work. Ordered a medium thin-crust with pepperoni, sausage, jalapeno with extra cheese (well done). This is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had from here! Perfection! Only one employee (a very nice young lady) was running the place (with a delivery driver). She’s a rockstar!!

First and last time eating from here. Got 2 deep dish pizzas and couldn’t tell them apart because, as others have said, the toppings are under the cheese and sauce. The crust tasted fine, but the sauce and toppings were off-putting. The sauce was somehow salty/vinegary and sweet at the same time, left me a bad taste in my mouth. The meat was unrecognizable along with the mushrooms. The pizza was so messy and everything fell off the second you tried to pick up a slice; the slices also weren’t cut well so we had to re-cut everything. Not a good experience, extremely disappointed. 2 stars because crust tasted fine and garlic bread was okay.

Great place to order out or have delivered. Pizza gets 9 out of 10 as it is not always consistent but always good! I order pizza weekly and usually as prepared as requested. Sometimes, there is variation and inconsistencies with the toppings, some typing will be under the cheese one time and some toppings will be above the cheese another. I’m always ordering extra cheese and ask for it to be well done and golden brown without burning the crust, which has happened on occasion. But for the price you cannot beat the quality.

Would just like to share a few pointers! I have ordered time to time from Medina store most good some not. But what I don’t get is there is NO google response from East Of Chicago in Medina for the good or the bad reviews. Is there no manager that care’s about his pizza shop to respond to the good and the bad reviews Just Saying?????
