UPDATE:

I went back one more time to try a steak and was blown away. Glad I gave it a second chance. I had the New York Sirloin/Shrimp combo with French Onion Soup and thought it was excellent.

Avoid the “steak house burger”. Enjoy a steak like you are supposed to and you’ll be content.

I know you are not necessarily supposed to get a burger at a steak place, but this wasn’t that great. The burger was as unappealing as it looks. Was pretty sure I ordered the cheeseburger too…

They were swamped for a Monday. Not the server’s fault, gave her a 21% tip despite how long it took to get my meal and my check afterwards. She was very apologetic and I accepted the apology. About an hour and a half total though between walking in and check, and I ordered immediately.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was enough money and waste of my limited time to irk me a bit.

This place is disgusting. We waited about an hour for our order that said it would take 25 minutes. We called because we thought they might have forgotten since everyone around us got their food when they pulled up. But we were still nice when they brought the food only to open it and see that they scraped off the parmesan crust off the chicken. You can see in the photos that the cheese was originally on the chicken because a little bit is left on the plate. This is disgusting and we had to throw the whole meal away. this is definitely a health code violation, and I would not eat here if they have people that will mess with your food.

We get here at 4:30 and place is empty. We were asked if we want to sit in the bar. We said no. Then told approximately 10 minute wait while the dining room was almost empty. When I questioned, I was told shift change. Ridiculous! Then the hostess wants to sit us in the bar. Ugh! Bread was over baked. As soon as it cooled it was as hard as nails. Baked potato skin was so hard and black it was not edible. Asked the manager if he would eat the potato skin and he said no so my husband asked why am I? Steak was good and cooked to specifications. Fresh garden salad, a lot of the lettuce too big to put in my mouth. Server only came back to table when we were almost finished eating and after we had asked the Hostess to get Manager. Manager did give us a decent discount. We will never return again.

The service was kinda slow but the food was pretty good. I tried the lobster and shrimp chowder and strawberry salad. The chowder had no shrimp and a few hints of lobster and lots of potatoes but the salad was amazing. I made sure to ask my waitress to make sure I had just as much lettuce as toppings and she did. The sweet tea and a hit as well so I was happy with that.
I guess this was a pretty good experience but they need to do better with the chowder for sure.

The food was all overcooked. They remade my steak five times ordered medium well and it still came out. Rare Brussels spouse was overcooked when asked the manager she yelled at us. Leah was very rude and disrespectful and really ruined. Our whole vacation. Definitely need to do better. our server Miranda really brightened up our day and made the experience better.

Wish my visit would’ve been better. Came to eat here while I was working in this area.
I asked for for a high top table they had some open but said they didn’t have a server, which is understandable, finally a spot open in the bar and I was able to grab a seat, lady was very nice but overwhelmed since she had long pauses before bringing menu, taking an order, and such. For my luck, I got a cold steak/ribeye, seeing how things were I decided just to eat it cold but it was very disappointing.
I asked for Medium and it was Medium well at best. Seemed like it got overcooked as it sat still for too long.
I believe either the waitress was busy and forgot to bring my food or the chef didn’t notify her that my food was ready to be served. The mash potatoes were yummy and hot but I came to have a nice dinner and got cold steak –

Service was good and the server was friendly and pretty fast. Food was great and came out hot and together. Side note. Went there on Memorial Day and they had the missing man table set up which was really nice to see. (See pic)

My husband and I went out to eat. When we first arrived, there was no one at the host stand for 2-3 minutes. After that, we were put on the list and told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. We were seated after about 15 minutes.

Once we were seated, we noticed a very large party in the center of the restaurant and that it was fairly full, so we expected a wait for our food. Our server arrived at our table soon after we sat down, took our drink order, and we also ordered an appetizer. That’s when the frustration began. It took 8-10 minutes to get our drinks, but the bread arrived with them, which I assume accounts for the wait.

Then, it was another 15-20 minutes before our Wild West shrimp came out. It was so salty that we could barely eat it. By that time, our drinks were empty and we didn’t see our server again until 10 minutes after our food arrived. Although our meals looked amazing, they were barely warm; my butter didn’t even melt.

I decided to ask for a to-go box and went home. I was disappointed that I had to wait so long and only received cold food.

Ordered Togo at 3:30 didn’t get home to eat until 5:45 I got our first order picked up at 4:20ish asked for extra sour cream and extra ranch in the bag which the kid did however he never put the ranch that was supposed to be in the order the loaded potato didn’t have the loaded stuff in the bag and the salad was supposed to be no tomato no cucumber leaving lettuce cheese and croutons…. They just had lettuce in there the steaks ordered medium were well done…. So we called immediately talked to a manager and she offered to remake the food so I get in the car make the 15 min drive for the second time get there try to call and let them know I’m here nobody answers for 10 mins…. Finally get someone to answer let them know I’m here and they bring the what was supposed to be the corrected order I have extra salad which isn’t a complaint but neither of them were right and the steaks were even more well done…. Obviously whatever cook was in there just wasn’t going to cut it I didn’t call back because i probably would have been offered another fixed meal and I’m over it at this point. I expect steaks to keep cooking when I order togo so I purposely order it cooked med so it will be medium well and if they hit the med mark I still like medium cook. The potato was good. I just wish they would have checked it being a remake they were clearly hard pucks and if checked by the manager should never make it out of the kitchen.

I tried to fill out the survey today, but the site didn’t seem to be working. I just wanted to give a shout out to our server, Rebecca M. Even though she was very busy, she still went above and beyond for our table of three. She was very helpful with the menu and remained pleasant the entire visit. Our family tends to have a lot of requests. Having worked in the food industry, I know how difficult this can be at busy times. The food was very good and we left with plenty of leftovers. Thanks again, Rebecca, for helping us make this a great lunch!
